This book is very interesting because of the different topics it covers: especially its critique on the 'remembrance culture' our modern time has created is very relevant. But, here, I want to zoom in on one insight Reynebeau speaks about in the last chapter. He states idealists and utopists, people with a dream, are almost Always very impatient, they want to see their dream realised within their lifetime. And that is the cause of much misery in history: usually it means an almost automatic resort to violence and terror. I found this insight very lucid, indeed!
