Initial thoughts: I'm so happy that this book was always led by ethical guiding principles. In everything the author sought to teach, he always pointed to win-win situations and demonstrated how he could solve other peoples' (sellers') problems and then generate profit for his business. This book isn't so much about the nitty gritty details of how property investments and deals work as much as the overarching framework, providing tools, an outline on how to get started, as well as challenges and their solutions. I especially appreciated the case studies in the last section that offered real life examples of the theoretical information covered in the previous sections.

I got this book free from a convention so I wasn't expecting much, however, I was happily wrong.
I have a real-estate business and I brought this book to increase my knowledge of the business.
The part of the book I found the most useful was the comprehensive sections on finding good property deals.
The aim of any good property business is to buy purchase properties below their value. Finding those deals is hard work though. I'm a part-time property business owner and I felt most of the strategies in the book are targeted towards people who want to start a real estate business full-time
my main takeaway from the book is that property companies are more focused on control rather than ownership. The more property you control the more you make. Leverage is import and the best deals are not on Rightmove but from hard graft.

Good book that provides modern and creative views of doing property. Author has shared the strategies he has used and many of his experiences.
