During the years 1961 to 1964 the small town of Cache Bay, located in Northern Ontario saw witness to two murders and two armed robberies. One of these was dubbed "The Dog Chain Murder" and it remains one of the most publicized unsolved murders in Northern Ontario history. This book delves deeper into the stories with first hand accounts from the families and witnesses.
I was quite disappointed with this read. Although you can get a glimpse of the events that happened, the author never divulges potential perpetrators. I also found the vocabulary and grammar substandard at most and several grammatical errors were present throughout the book . I do commend the author for trying to tell a story that seems to be a quite complicated one with a lack of information during those historical years.
