Honestly, I really think short but consistent workouts are way more effective than really long, irregular ones. Basically, better less but more often and consistent. Right now I’ve got a subscription in the mad muscles app, where you can make custom workout plans for different goals. If anything, canceling the subscription is super easy https://support.madmuscles.com/hc/en-... , no problems with that at all if you’re worried. They won’t charge you extra money. But I recommend everyone to at least try training with such a plan.
