He has had the privilege of running projects and rolling out working practices in market leading organisations from start to finish.
Very low level overview of Agile, suitable to gain some broader knowledge on the topic, but don't expect that you could explain it if this is the only book you've read on it.
This book was very useful for me. It gave me a quick overview of Agile. It doesn't go into details but I don't think that's the aim of this book. Great for those who need to know what Agile quickly.
