Uses Lexis Nexis retrieved real Cases. Short excerpts on Case and Code Law, Covers Trusts, Real Property, Wills, Estates,Land Lord-tenant Law, Takings, Land Use, Replivin, Intellectual Property Law. Etc.
Interesting real case scenarios. Good supplement to a Legal education.
