Fascinating meander.

One of those curios that look lovely on a table. With such a title and cover, who wouldn't want to pick it up? Apparently Lord Maugham was quite sozzled by the time he came to pen this, and it was aided by his secretary of the time, Peter Burton. (I haven't read Burton's memoirs where he discusses it, so can't comment to what degree.) Anyway, it's an interesting book featuring gay seekers of enlightenment, fulfilment, beauty and boys.
