This book is not so good. I have given just 1 star for book. The writing skills of writer are not as good as other writers like shivaji sawant, V. S. Khandekar etc. Bad thing is that writer almost vested 75 % of book pages on childhood of chanakya. The book has not shown "Kut-niti" of chankya. Also no where book has shown high level intelligence of chankya. This is very disgusting. Chandragupt entry is after 75 % of book pages. Story of Sikandar is also not rightly mentioned. Most verse thing is that there is just 2-3 lines on final battle against dhananand.

When we hear name of chankya, first thing comes in our mind is his intelligence to to beat dhananand and against Sikandar. But this is absent in book. Focus of book is on childhood of chanakya, on which we are not interested.

This book is about the Great Chanakya's life. From his childhood till death. The book has very good knowledge to share. It depicts how Chanakya had faced bad time till glory to Magadh. Read it.

I have read this book almost 7 times. The author has captured every single emotion of a child whose father is killed by the wicked king Dhananand when he tries to raise his voice against odds of the kingdom. This book shows what real DETERMINATION of oneself should be like.

One of the best book i have came across in my reading journey.

Could have been much better.
However, Chanakya remains a fascinating character with his ideas, ideology and foresight.
