The cover of this book made me think it was going to be a comedy book about tricks you could pull on your co-workers. Instead I found a helpful manual on how to get along with people, and to live with, or confront problems in an organization. Helpful, and I can see my library adding it, but please change the cover to something more serious.
Great, step-by-step methods to recognize, analyze and deal with potentially toxic situations in the workplace. Written very objectively, this would be helpful in navigating highly competitive offices.
