Great exercise program. I love it!!!!!!!! I've been doing Callanetics close to the time it first came out and have been faithful to this program. I have never been disappointed with it and never bored. I feel energized and very strong. Over the years I've become more of a fan. I have most of her books and videos but you only need the original Callanetics and that is the one I have used for years. Thank you Callan!
