This is what I signed up for.
I knew it from the start.
I'm the newest prospect for the Deathstalkers MC Club.
I'll do whatever they ask--whenever they want it done.
No questions.
I'll take their bullshit and follow orders, like nobody's business.
Cuz once I get that patch, that label,
I'm in.

But when one of the old ladies takes in a stray,
I can't help but feel the pull toward her.
Izzy makes me question everything.
But I can't.
I have to sit back and pray like Hell that someone else,
One of these bastards doesn't claim her for himself.
If he does, I have to let her go,
Let her walk away,
Into his arms,
His bed.
And I can't do that.
Deathstalker prospect or not,
I know what I want,
And I want her.

Max and Izzy's story was good. Max is a new prospect for the Deathstalkers and not happy with having to do all the grunt work, but really wants to become a member.

Izzy is found and has no memory of who she is nor where she came from or why she was found so badly beaten. As the club keeps their distance they work to find out who she is and how she's connected to the club. Since Max's job is to shadow her they end up spending a lot more time together and end up developing feelings neither expected.

The story was good and typical of an MC. I've found that this series follows the same formula in each story; however, they tend to be too close to the previous story and I have felt deja vu with each book. There wasn't much of a difference in each so that the books stood apart from each other (except for Chaos). Also, there's a continuing theme of "the pull" that has been mentioned in every book so far. For me, that kind of ruins a bit of the chemistry. I'm all for insta-love in a romance...but flat out stating that there is a pull versus describing the pull that the characters are feeling kind of makes it a bit meh for me. I'd rather feel what the characters are feeling instead of them telling me what they're feeling.

FAVORITE QUOTES:

“If I could I would kiss you every second of the day. No one can know right now. I’d be out on my ass if they did. However, you can bet that as soon as I can call you mine I will. Once I can tell people, I’ll fucking write it in the sky. I want you, Izzy, all of you, all the time.”

She smiles at me and leans in, placing a kiss on my cheek. I’m fucking screwed.

Every time I’m near you all I want to do is touch you. I want to kiss you, claim you, make you understand what it feels like to be mine. I can’t. You aren’t ready for that.”

~ 5 Broken Stars ~

I have been a fan of Alexis Noelle for awhile now, but this is the first book I have read from her MC Series. I truly enjoyed this book and I will now have to go back and read the other two books.

Broken is the third book in her MC series, but can totally be read as a standalone novel. You won’t be lost at all and I can attest to that since this is the first of these books I have read and I didn’t feel lost at all and I didn’t feel like I was missing anything.

What I really loved about this book was that Alexis gave us everything you look for in a MC story without being overly graphic or over the top. We got the possessive Alpha Hero and the broken girl who turns to the MC for help. She gave us a storyline that was intriguing and held my attention all the way through. She added the forbidden aspect and even some suspenseful things too. Even though this story was slightly predictable, Alexis was still able to throw in some surprises to keep us guessing until the end. I also loved that she gave us the grit and rawness you expect from a MC story without it being overly graphic. There are some tough spots to read but nothing that would make you squirm while reading.

Broken is a quick paced and fast read. You will be able to read this book in a couple hours. Now even with me saying that, I don’t feel that this story was rushed or that anything was missing. I actually really liked the flow of the story and the pace in which she took the characters. Some will say this is of the insta love variety and maybe it is, but I thought it worked for this story.

If you are a fan of a MC story, I would recommend this one.

Broken (Deathstalkers MC
Alexis Noelle
4. 5 stars

Broken is the fourth book in the Deathstalkers series and it’s a good one. You can read these books as standalones but they are all worth the click. Talk about a bang up page one … you got it on this one.

Max is sick of babysitting the old ladies. Being a prospect though he doesn’t have much choice. They treat him like crap and don’t listen. If any of them were his old ladies he would make sure they knew their place. Listening to them is exactly what got him into the mess he is in now. The girl the ladies insisted they pick up wondering on the side of the road has no idea who she is … all she has is a picture .. and that picture tells a million things.

Izzy is walking disoriented, hurt and his no idea who she is. She knows her name because its tattooed on her but other than that she doesn’t know why she has the picture and who the people are in the picture. The men that have her don’t believe her. If she knows something or was sent to put on a show for them they will put her in the ground with no questions asked. Trouble is coming and Izzy has no idea why or who.

This one is filled with zip after zip. I had no idea who Izzy was and when you find out … boom … I had zero clues and it was a shocker. Izzy is frustrated and confused but holds her own .. Max is overbearing and told to keep his hands off and trying his best. Why he feels the need to protect this woman is beyond him.

This one is a roller coaster ride. Alexis is a great writer and her characters are brutally honest and loyal. I loved the outcome of this one and look forward to more. Each release keeps getting better and better. Thank you for the ARC and bring on the next ride. Thank you!

I am noticing a pattern with this series and while I have enjoyed the storyline so far, it now starting to get a bit too repetitive for my taste. That’s not to say that Broken was boring or unoriginal. I really liked the new twist with the main character having Amnesia and the main guy actually not liking the old ladies and being a bit grumpy towards the previous main characters. Apart from that however, I felt that this book was a blend of all the previous books in the Deathstalker series.

Being that Izzy had Amnesia the book had an intriguing start with an annoyed Max and the old ladies finding her bruised and aimlessly wandering. Not knowing who she is, why she was beat up and why she had that picture really made me hopeful and excited for this plot. It started of so different and the romance between Izzy and Max built up so beautifully. It made it just so much more compelling that they were forbidden during his patch to get together. In that sense it was kind of similar to Corrupted with Lucy and Jordan not being allowed to be together, but in this case I still felt the plot take another path so it wasn’t really that repetitive.

If the story had kept going its own way I would have absolutely loved it, but sadly it dipped into the same seen trudges as previous books with bad men from a rival MC gang forcing themselves on the main girl and assaulting her, leaving the main guy to rescue her and on the way kill/fight the bad men with his own MC gang. Since I have already seen it be done trice then there is just no excitement nor want for me too see it happen again in the same way. Not only that, if all the main characters have the same conflicts in every single book, it takes a big hit on the realism of the story. Because how likely is it that every single woman associated with the club gets sexually assaulted and taken repeatedly against their will by another MC club? Yet it is that exact same thing that happens every single time. Don’t get me wrong, I love the deeper emotional struggles, drama and heartbreaking romance that comes with it. But there are so many other ways to achieve that without having to reuse the same plot conflicts. The Amnesia and the whole family revelation would have done the trick so perfectly on its own if focused more attention on.

I really wish I could say the repetitiveness was my one and only issue because despite that I did really enjoy the story and romance. I cannot ignore the insensible plan from the villains side though. Was there even a plan? Because the original plan we learned about gets dropped immediately and they stage some sort of meet and greet for no understandable reason other than get Izzy and maybe have the MC know about it. Then they went into the MC’s domain vastly outnumbered and surrounded with guns pointed at them from every angle. It seemed more like a suicide mission with no explanation behind it. Nothing they did really made any sense and the reason behind it all was even less sensible. Why exact revenge on someone who did nothing instead of the guys who did you the harm?

I am really on the fence with this book. While I wouldn’t say that I am disappointed with the outcome I still had issues with it. However considering how I still managed to get reeled into the story and fall for the romance I will give Broken a solid three stars.

Max and the girls stumble upon Izzy after a day of shopping, he almost hits her with the car. They stop and then the girls see what shape she is in and order Max to take her back to the club. Izzy doesn't remember who she is or where she is from. The club sets her up at a motel until they can find some info. on her making Max stay with her. He is drawn to her but can't understand why but has been given orders to not touch her. She goes with Max to his sister's graduation where she is attacked by a man in the restroom, her memory comes flooding back and she is petrified of the club figuring out why she ended up there.

Finally, she can't stand it anymore and confides to Max and Lucy who plan to go with her to tell the brothers of the club. Before she can her past comes back again and takes her and the brothers let them because they believe what they are told but Hades. Once Lucy finally gets it across to Twisted what she told them, they attempt to get her back. She falls back into their hands by sheer luck.
Lady aka Max gets to claim his ol'Lady finally.

Where were the kids there were like two mentions of them in passing but no names nothing not even at the BBQ?

And why do you call the ground the floor and the floor the ground?

This had many similarities to book one, with the exception that Izzy wasn't underaged like Lucy. Still we have Max, the very sweet prospect and Izzy the sweet but very broken girl. I did enjoy this read except the beginning had me wanting to punch the shit out of Lucy, Nikki and Tracie! Damn those bitches were mean as shit to Max. I understand that he is going through his prospect stage and the fully patched members give prospects, basically shit detail, yeah they're mean but those three bitches were just nasty mean. I could see Nikki and Tracie giving him a hard time, but Lucy really shocked the shit out of me. Let me just say Max was a fucking saint because any other man or woman in his position would have fucked up those three heifers and let's face it, they talk a whole lot of trash but at the end of the day, neither of them are fighters, they just have big ass mouths.

Overall it was an okay read, hated the way Max was treated but ultimately he got what he wanted so I guess it was worth it.

I’m done reading this series, it’s too predictable. Guy meets girl and it’s insta love at first sight. Girls in trouble and gets taken, beaten and usually raped. The guy saves her and kills bad guy. Cookie cutter.
The last book had all the old ladies pregnant at the same time in the end but in this book not a one of them is pregnant or has a kid. Where’s list’s daughter at least?!
I just can’t with these anymore.

2.5 ⭐ I don't know what to say about this one. It was ok. Nothing special. I didn't laugh or cry or have any sort of emotion while reading it. I just read it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I feel like maybe this series has fizzled out for me and that's why I'm more 'meh' about the books. That, and they keep getting shorter with less of a twist and climax to them. I dunno. I might come back to them in the future 🙃

This is the third book in this series but each one can be read as a standalone book. I have read book one and now three; two is on my TBR list. Max is a prospect for the Deathstalkers MC. He drives the old ladies around and does whatever they tell him. He is getting tired of doing all this and wants to be patched in. Then one day while driving the old ladies around they find a girl walking down the side of the road. She is banged up pretty bad. The girls call the club and bring her in. She doesn’t remember who she is but she does have Izzy tattooed on her wrist. Max is charged with watching her till they can figure out who she is. They won’t leave a defenseless woman to fend for herself but they can’t keep her the club either. Max is warned to keep away from her in any other way than to watch her. But Max can’t help the way he feels about her. She brings this protective side out of him. He wants to hold her and take all her fears away. To make her feel safe and loved. Izzy is frustrated and confused. She hates feeling like this. She is worried about who she may really be and what the club will do with her. She only feels safe around Max. He treats her differently than the other men from the club. She drawn to him. Who is Izzy and why was she so close to their club? Who will she be to the members of the club? Will Max and Izzy have a chance or will they be torn apart before they even start? I was drawn into this book right away. I loved the first book in this series and this one was no different. I can’t wait to read book 2 now. The club is great; while they maybe ruff around the edges they are there for each other and act as a big family. I felt for Izzy especially once she began to remember things. She was so worried about losing what she finally found, a family. Max and Izzy share an instant connection that will be tested many times. The girls from the club help Izzy even before they know who she is to the club. This book has some interesting twists and turns. I look forward to reading more books by Alexis in the future.
I was given this book in return for an honest review.

I swear this author just get's better and bettet with each amazing story she writes. I was blown away. Loved every single thing about this story. The characters some you met in the other novels and well this time Max and Izzy just blow your mind to pieces over and over. Izzy is this amazing woman who's strong and caring, deep down she has demons that hunt her at all times. Max the prospect, hes alpha in training maybe? He's amazing and totally strong, with his own demons he comes out strong. Izzy and Max together are like fireworks. This story like the others in the series are MUST READs!!! Once you read this authors work you wont want to stop you just want more over and over again. I couldnt believe the last page came so fast.

Now this is something!

The connection building to you and the characters is just… mwah! Perfect.

Izzy and Max! So cute!!

What is kinda weird is how Izzy has to be related to the pres… did we have to do all that now?

I think I might like this one more maybe because Max had to watch over Izzy and it’s a little forbidden romance cause he’s still just a prospect and the pres is Izzy’s brother.

Hehe…

This is the fourth book in the Deathstalkers MC series, and the first which I have read. Well I am going to be 1-clicking the rest very quickly. I adore MC romances, and this one was no different. This is about Max who is a prospect with the MC, and Izzy who he finds alone on the road, suffering from memory loss. These two have an instant and intense attraction between them.
This is a well written storyline, and I loved how the story progressed, and the interaction with all of the other characters. This is a fast paced read, with surprises along the way. Look forward to reading more in this series, and I definitely recommend to all MC lovers out there.

I received this book for an honest review.

I love a good MC book and Alexis did not disappoint with Broken.

When Max and the ladies find Izzy walking on a dark road at night the adventure begins. Max and Izzy have an instant connection. Izzy feels calm when Max is with her and all the troubles in her mind go away.
As Max and Izzy get close in secret, Izzy begins to remember things about her past. When it all comes to the front and the MC finds out who she really is and what she was sent to do will she survive? Will the new relationship with Max survive her truth? Don't want to give anything away so I'll leave it at here.
Alexis does a great job at making you understand how frightened Izzy is when they find her and her emotions as she begins to remember her past.
Read this in one sitting.

This is the 4th book in The Deathstalkers MC. They are standalones, but I've loved this entire series. They are worth the 1 click. You won't be disappointed in this series.

Max is just a prospect. He's on babysitting duty. He babysits the old ladies and he is sick of it.

Knowing these ladies, you know that when they see another woman needing help, they aren't going to listen to anyone, including Max. They do what they want, most of the time.

That's how Izzy comes into the picture. She's been beaten and basically left for dead. She's out wandering around. She has no clue who she is. She remembers nothing.

There are some twists and I didn't see them coming.

I really love the characters in this series. You get alpha men and amazingly strong women.

I discovered Alexis’s Noelle’s books a few months ago and I fast became a big fan. After becoming a massive fan of the Death stalker’s MC series, I was itching to get my hands on the next instalment of the series: Broken. I have to say, I wasn’t disappointed. Just like the previous books, I was gripped. I love Alexis’s way with words; she has an amazing talent of taking her readers on an emotional Roller coaster.
From page one I was enthralled with Max and Izzy. At first I didn’t know how to feel about Max, he seemed liked you wouldn’t be able to predict his next move, especially his dislike for his club brother’s old ladies. But after he started to watch over Izzy he slowly started to grow on me. My heart broke for Izzy, although for a while, she was a mystery, I liked her instantly. I was left on the edge of my seat wanting to find out what had happened to her, who she was towards the death stalker president and her intentions. From the moment she enters the story, my first thoughts were: she seems like a lost young girl.

Max is a prospect for the Death stalker’s MC, as he is still trying to earn his patch into the club, he is left with the not so good duties. He is basically bodyguard, babysitter and punching bag to the clubs old ladies, especially Nikki!
Whilst playing chauffer to the old ladies, they stumble over a young woman that has been hurt and has no recollection of what has happened to her. Understandably Max is wary and doesn’t want to stop but he has no choice when the old ladies take off and take her in like a stray animal, adding an extra person to his babysitter duties.

After being attacked and left in a field, Izzy has no recollection of what has happened to her, or what her life was like in the past. After being taken in by the Death stalkers it isn’t long before more trouble heads her way.
But as Izzy tries her hardest to gain her memory, she and Max soon grow closer, the connection between the to of them is unbreakable, but Max has been warned to keep his hands off! But can Max keep his hands off of Izzy? Will Izzy ever regain her memory and piece together the missing parts of the puzzle of her life? Will Max ever earn his patch?!

Although you can read broken as a standalone, I think reading the previous books in this series will soon have you addicted to Alexis’s emotionally gripping words. I personally can say that after reading this series that Alexis has a lifelong huge fan in me.

This book was given to me for an honest review.

5 stars

I have completely loved this mc series. It has your interest from the first word to the last word. This author has been amazing telling a story at a fast paced, but the story is still there. You get the whole story and it draws you in from the beginning and grips you till the end. This group of mc is so much a family all the way through this series. On top of that not only that they are a family, but they bring others into their circle, especially if they think they need help. The hearts of everyone in this series holds dear to my heart every time I read one of her books. There is the romance, there is the hidden secrets, and of course all the drama that follows. Perfect mix once again and this book does not disappoint.

Let me first, I think this is the sexiest, down to earth prospect I have read in any series. I loved Max. He has a heart of gold and will do anything for his club and someone that he thinks is in trouble. He is not the typical love his parents and he is just rebelling, no he is trying to do what he wants in his life, and what that is being part of a family with the mc that he picked. You fall in love with him instantly. All his comments that he leaves in his head about the old ladies are hilarious. He just is this person you wan to know. Everything he does makes you just want to know. So when the old ladies pick up a girl on the side of the road and he is left in charge of her because she has no memories, lets just say it isnt what he expected for being a prospect. When he starts spending time with her things begin to spark and lines get crossed. Izzy has no clue who she is or why she has found them. All Izzy knows is that she trust Max and hopes that he will be able to help her.. After things are found out and who she really is well lets just say it get more interesting how everything is effected.

I love every minute of this series, but I did want to say there is one quote that Lucy said at the end of the book that got to me and would love to share it.

"You can never get away of your scars. They are always there and they'll always remind you of a time when you were at your weakest. The difference is whether you chose to let them destroy you, or use their pain to make you strong."

MAX....THE PROSPECT ANY GIRL WOULD DIE FOR.....

This is the fourth book in Alexis Noelle's Deathstalkers MC series. I must say that I loved this one just as much as the other three. Once again you can read this one as a standalone....but it would be recommended to read the other ones as well....you get more of the background to the characters.

Max, the newest Propect for the MC, has the regular duties of lookng after the Old Ladies - something that he doesn't really enjoy. On the way back from a clothes shopping trip, Max and the girls stumble across a woman walking aong the road, battered and bruised she has no idea where she is....but most importantly she has no idea who she is!!!!

Izzy, left for dead by people unknown, has been found by Max and taken back to the MC's clubhouse. She's scared, fightened and unsure of who she is or where she has come from. Izzy is suffering from amnesia, as a result of a beating. What secrets does she not want to remember?

I loved these two characters and it was awesome catching up with all of the others as well. Lucy, Whip, Nikki, Twisted, they're all there to join in the story of Max and Izzy. Max is an absolute sweetheart, any girl would just love to have him protecting her. He's soft, gentle and willing to do anything for anyone who he thinks needs help. He is drawn to Izzy from the minute he sets eyes on her. She's "the one", the girl who he has been waiting for. Izzy is also drawn to Max. She feels safe and secure around him, something that she has never felt before.

But Izzy is hiding a secret, that won't come out until she gets her memory back? Will this secret ruin her chances of happiness with Max and the rest of the MC family. Her arrival causes a stir with Twisted, The President, because she has in her possession something that will change his life.

Overall I loved this book. It was easy to read. the pace was kept pretty much the same all the way through. There were a few twists an turns that kept me wanting to keep reading. Oh, and there were some mighty HOT scenes too.

FIVE STARS from an MC lover.

Broken is book #4 in the Deathstalkers MC by Alexis Noelle. I have read every book in this series and I love them. This series is very gritty and dirty which I associate with MC romance. This fast paced, sexy and suspenseful story is about Max and Izzy.

Max is a prospect of the Deathstalkers and facing the normal mundane task given to the prospects such as “babysitting” the old ladies. Max found the MC after leaving his home life in search of a family that really understands what being a family is all about. He loves the MC and can’t wait to become a full patched in member, he just is sick of being considered a nobody prospect until that day comes. Things change drastically for Max when he is escorting the old ladies home from a shopping trip and they find a woman wondering the edge of the road, beaten, bloody and bruised. When one of the old ladies insist on bringing her back to the clubhouse Max knows his life in the MC is about to drastically change.

Izzy can’t remember any events leading up to her wandering aimlessly on the road. She has no idea who she is, where she is from or if there is anyone looking for her. The only clues she had about her life was a tattoo on her arm with the name “Izzy” and a picture she was found clutching. Now she is being kept as a “guest” of the Deathstalkers MC until a time they can either figure out who she is or she remembers everything. The only thing she knows for sure is that she feels safe whenever Max is around.

The chemistry between these two is electrifying. Max is so sweet and caring and will do anything to keep Izzy safe and in his life. When Izzy finds out the truth about her past she is afraid that she will lose this life she has found and the people she loves and now considers her friends.

I loved this book so much. This book had action, suspense and steamy love scenes. If you haven’t started this series yet I would highly recommend adding it to your TBR pile. I received an eARC of this book compliments of the publisher in exchange for my honest review and opinion. All ratings and opinions stated are my own.

**Carla's Five Star Review

Broken is the fourth book in the Deathstalkers MC, and it is Max and Izzy's story.

Max is putting his time in as a prospect, and he really hates being bossed around. He is on duty babysitting some of the club's old ladies when they come upon a young woman who appears hurt and confused. Before he can stop them, the old ladies grab the girl and put her in the truck. They take her back to the club, so Twisted can speak to her. It turns out the lady has a tattoo of Izzy on her wrist, so they figure that must be her name. Other than her name, Izzy doesn't remember a thing about her past. Twisted has decided to look into Izzy and see what all he can find out. Once again, Max is assigned to guarding her. As Izzy and Max grow closer, Izzy 's memories begin to resurface, and she is scared of what will happen when the club finds out. Will they brand her as a rat and kill her? Will Max step up to help her? What will happen when he gets his cut?

I am a huge fan of Alexis' writing style. She really makes the reader relate to the characters, and, by doing this, a connection between the characters and reader is formed. Izzy has found her brother, and a new family that would do anything for her. She is desperate to keep her place in the club. Of Course, chaos erupts, and Izzy is taken by club enemies. These men are evil, and there is a good chance she won't survive whatever they have planned for her.

I love all the people afilliated with the MC, and I think Izzy fits right in with them. Overall, this was a really great read! It has an exciting story line and awesome characters. This is a book/series you need to check out for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed!

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Broken is the fourth book in Alexis Noelle's Deathstalkers MC Series. Welcome to Max and Izzy's story.

Max knew when he signed up as the newest prospect for the Deathstalker's MC, that he would do whatever they wanted. No questions asked. He knows that once he gets that patch he is in. When one of the old ladies though brings in Izzy from the streets Max knows he wants her right away. He's a prospect though. There is absolutely nothing he can do if one of the patched members claims Izzy for his own. Max would have to let her go. There's is just no way Max can let that happen. Izzy belongs to him.

Izzy has no memory. The only reason she knows her name is because of a tattoo on her wrist. Her life and past though are a total blank. Twisted the MC president though is looking into her background to try to get answers . Max as the prospect is assigned to keep his eyes on Izzy and the sparks they start flying. I loved these two characters. There are so many couples and individuals throughout this series that I've come to love. It's so great anytime I get a glimpse of their lives. Packed full of mystery, huge secrets, danger, and passion, Max and Izzy's story is must read.

I absolutely am a huge MC book fan. Alexis Noelle does an absolutely amazing job with each and every Desthstalker's MC book she releases. Her writing style is flawless and as a reader she has this way of pulling you in. Your right there in the middle of the action and adventure with her characters. You so do not want to miss Broken or any of the other Deathstalker's MC books. There absolutely some of my favorite books.

Jeez, this is one that I just couldn’t put down. Like many of the books by Alexis Noelle stories there is no hanging about the story hits the ground running and had me totally hooked in the process.
The novel is brilliantly engaging, and that is because the characters have just that…character.
Max and Izzy have a lot going on in their lives separately so putting them together only ups the ante.
New prospect Max is looking to the guys in the club almost to fill a gap, one that I wasn’t actually completely sure he knew existed. This parents have been emotional absent almost his entire life, they may have been physically present but when it came to making sure that he was even remotely near the top of their list of priorities this is a couple that had a lot to learn about parenting! The club might not be everything that he imagined but the brothers mattered and he mattered to them, it gave him a senses of belonging and in a way a sense of purpose.
Izzy was such a beautiful woman, completely oblivious to her past with no memory of who she is or anything else for that matter, she is a clean slate. But the tattoo on her arm is enough to give her a star, a focus and the desire to move on. She was full to the brim of feistiness and attitude and that is something I really liked about her, I loved the fact that she may not know her past but she was willing to take her future by the scruff of the neck and make it what she wanted.
As you would expect the author leaves no stone un-turned in her pursuit of excellence, she gives both Max and Izzy the time and attention they commanded and ensured that the story was full to the brim with little gems of mystery and intrigue.
This was an afternoon, very well spent!

Broken is the fourth book in the ( Deathstalkers M.C. Series) by Alexis Noelle, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this great series. Ms Noelle has given us a story that has laughs, pain, secrets, love, suspense, and heartbreak in it. This story will grab your attention right from the start,it's fast paced ,really well written and quite easy to follow, but the main problem your have is it's difficult to put down once you start to read it. .We meet Max, who's a prospect for the (Deathstalkers) he totally dreams of becoming a member .But he has been given the low job of no other then " Babysitting " the club ladies. But while on a shopping trip ,they run into the beautiful Izzy. Izzy is walking on the side of the road ,and she looks like she's lost and hurt, but she doesn't remember anything. So they decide to bring her back to the clubhouse with them ,where they need to find out who she is. While the president of the club is trying to find out who she really is,Max has the honors of (babysitting ) Izzy. Izzy doesn't remember much ,but Max feels quite safe with her but Max has a soft spot for her. But soon their attraction begin to grow ,but then the puzzle of who Izzy is finally comes out. But "WOW" what a total shock as who Izzy really is ,but the real reason that she was walking on the dirty road hurt, will really surprise you because it did me. And what will happen between her and Max, when everything is said and done? And will he be able to handle it ? I could tell you more but that would spoil it for you. I highly recommend that you read this awesome series ,you won't be disappointed.

Max is the sexy, and newest prospect for the Death Stalkers MC. He's fully prepared to do what it takes to patch in, and will do whatever they tell him to, no questions asked. All he wants is that patch, so he will keep any complaining to himself, and do what it takes. His whole world is shaken up when one of the old ladies bring home a stray named Izzy. The instant pull he feels towards her is strong, and he wants her badly. But as a prospect, he can't claim her, and if any member decides they want her, he has to give her up. So he sits back, praying that no member wants her, because he's not sure that he could give her up to them. Will Max give up his shot at patching in, so he make Izzy completely his?!

WOW! This is another MC series that has become a favorite. When I think about how long it took me to read this genre, I could seriously kick my own behind. The character development is great, with a powerfully colorful cast of secondaries. Well placed humor kept me laughing, as MC men always highly entertain me with their no filters. Simmering chemistry shot sparks out of my kindle, until it boiled over into SMOKIN' HOT, panty destroying sexy scene goodness. I have totally fallen in love with Alexis Noelle's talented writing style that hits new levels of awesome with each new book. My attention was fully engaged with page one, and I devoured it in one sitting, (this is why I no longer start her books before bed anymore)! Her diabolical twists always warrant the dropping of many f-bombs, and colorful metaphor name calling. So the gist of all of this fangirling, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

I received an advanced readers copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review.

I have to say first that I am a fan of Alexis Noelle, and this book is no different. This is one of the Deathstalkers MC novels which can be read as a standalone. I can agree 100% with this statement because I have not read all of the Deathstalker MC novels, and the ones I have read I haven't read them in order. The Author gives us enough background information that we understand everything going on in the club.
This story introduces us to the newest Prospect to the club. His job is to babysit the Old Ladies of the club, taking them out to lunches and shopping. H hates this part of the job, but will do what it takes to get into the MC club. One night while driving the Old Ladies back to the club, they force him to stop and pick up a young women who is beaten and bloodied who is walking along the road. The women rush to her aide, but she has no idea who she is or how she ended up here. She has a tattoo on he arm that say Izzy. Against his better judgement he takes this stray back to the club.
Izzy is scared and hurting and has no idea who she is, where she is and who to trust. She forms a quick bond with Prospect because of his eyes. This story is suspenseful, filled with danger, passion, and a whole lot of hotness! This book has amazing characters, not just Prospect and Izzy, but the whole club, and the story is so fast paced before you know it its over. This book does have a HEA and is all wrapped up with an ending, but is a part of the MC series.
4.5 Stars!
