Brie's Submission Reading Order
Book 1: Teach Me Book 2: Love Me Book 3: Catch Me Book 4: Try Me Book 5: Protect Me Book 6: Hold Me Book 7: Surprise Me
THESE BOOKS ARE AMAZING. I literally cannot out the, down and continue to read the next one in line. They really bring light into the dom/sub life. More details then I would have never expected but very insightful to learn about. Also the spice does not misss!!! Each book dives deeper into the relationship of Brie and Thane. If you are intrigued with the dom/sub lifestyle I would recommend this series
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Burn: 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Darkness: 🌚🌚 Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Range of emotions: 🤯🌶️😈😭🔥 POV: third person
I love this series!!! Brie's journey takes her to new heights with Sir and I love every minute of it. As usual, Phoenix has me hooked from all the steamy dreams and scenes and additions of Doms and Subs. She gets to be his peace while he handles his troubled past with his mother and gain a cherished family heirloom. Then releases her first work and not only inspires a new generation of BDSM'ers but give knowledge to those who might have the wrong information, all which I think is very important. Not only that but she gets engaged!!!!!! Then get to help support her Tono during the death of his father. I will say Phoenix does a lovely job here!! I LOVE TONO!! And now, I cant wait to see how Sir will fulfill her new fantasy. Great way to end the book!
I was not able to put this book down. It touched me deep down in my core and it made e cry several times. There are scenes with my favorite Dom in the series, but some of them were quite tragic to read. I felt his pain and I felt as torn as I did a few years ago when I suffered a similar loss as he did. I will not say who or what happened, only to warn any reader that a box of Kleenex should be close by because there are scenes in this book that will tear your heart in many pieces. It is a powerful tale amidst a powerful book. This series must be read in order. I do not see any of them being read as stand-alone books. So, if you love toe-curling scenes and a page-turner story, you will have with this story.
At the end of Protect Me, Brie and Sir weren't in the best of places, thanks in part to the "Beast". Unfortunately this leads to an uncomfotable place for the two of them. We also finally get to see the premiere of Brie's film and it comes with mixed blessings.
But Brie has a dream about Tono Nosaka, and it prompts her and Sir to take a trip to Japan. This book, like the others, is so full of wonderful scenes, and while they are centered mostly around Brie and Sir Davis, there are the other side character stories that shine as well.
This book continues where the last finished, so it starts with Brie and Thane having to face the beast...aka his mother. Her film is finished and she wants to start on a second documentary about Thanes father, but instead is offered to do a sequel. She still has a strong connection with Tono, and a bad dream involving him, takes her and Thane to Japan. Thane and her face some new demons here, but after her giving him the choice of his teenage sweetheart in the last book, I have fairh these 2 can face anything..cant wait to continue with their journey
Unsurprisingly, Red has given us this tightly plotted, exciting, character developing, and gut-level satisfying addition to Stinky Cheese's saga touching many of this reader's most delectable triggers.
Brie's trajectory continues to amaze while her growth and impact as a catalyst for the growth of most of those around her generates a sense of inevitable triumph so rare in today's world. And the continuation of of her journey is only a "Buy now" away!
This installment was all about the characters trying to move on with their lives, some more willingly than others. Ms. Clark, Tono, Lea, Mary, Faelan, Brad, the Beast, Baron. A host of secrets are disclosed further contributing to the depth of the characters. They are not one dimensional but fully formed people, warts and all. No one is perfect or above being hurt. I just love this series.
Hold Me picks up right where Protect Me left us hanging, I honestly can’t put this series down!! Brie’s journey continues with a mixture of angst thrown in. Brie and Sir have a major trials throughout this one. Her documentary has been released and now she has to face the reactions both good and bad from the public. This one will continue to pull you into their story!!!!
This book took me months to read because I lost interest. Once I started reading I could get in to it, but there were spots in the storyline where I just couldn't bring myself to turn the page. Tono has some family problems that lead Sir and Brie to take a trip to visit him. Not as spicy as the previous books which I came to expect from the series. Hoping the next one is better. 3 stars.
Absolutely amazing and give you the emotions you crave. There's so much more in this for Brie and Thane. They open to each other and over come their obstacles, help a beloved friend in a time of extreme loss and become closer than before. Excellent book
I feel like there are parts of the story that are missing. What is all of the secretive "work " arrangements that are going on. Feels like when it skips in time that it jumps forward with you wondering how the situation resolved itself. Guess it's time to go to the next to see what happens.
I loved the continued journey of Brie and Sir but also the depth in which all of the other characters are included. It makes the story so much more satisfying when so many lives are connected in such a deep way.
I enjoyed how this book expanded on Tono’s background and family. The scene of Brie and her BFF being dressed like Geishas and partaking in activities together gave me the ick. This series is still a trainwreck that I can’t look away from.
I could not put it down. I am in love with the whole series. The favorite Domme finally let's go of her secret and learns that some things cannot be forgiven.
When I started reading this, I thought that this would be strictly a smutty series. And while it IS that, if that is what you are looking for, it also has a great plot line. The series is quite long, with 25 books so far, but I'm glad I pressed on and read them all! Each book has crazier stuff happening, and kept my attention! With each book, you learn more background on the characters and why they are how they are, etc. I just started reading the books of these that come before, which are about Sir and the others while in college. Can't wait to read those to see how everything led up to this series!
Who wants to start off a story with a lot of angst and anger, Red Phoenix will! Starting off book 6 Protect Me with a confrontation with Thane’s mother. Although he had asked her not to contact her in any way, Brie didn’t take that advice and although her heart was in the right place she did the wrong thing getting the note that Ruth Davis sent to her son. Once Brie did that it gave Sir no choice but to contact her and find out what she was after. It was so bad that he had Brie leave the condo, pack a bag and leave! He would be in touch the next day but only to take her along to the meeting with the Beast! (Ruth) Brie did not know what would happen, would he uncollar her, punish her, what? Although she meant well she really didn’t understand how bad Ruth Davis was until the confrontation.
The time has come and Brie’s documentary about the BDSM lifestyle comes out. The effects are good and bad. Some Brie had never expected to have happen (like Thane’s business being effected) and others like her parents being there for the opening night.
There is another scene with pearls involved, I’d like to suggest Brie that you stay away from Pearls for awhile :) As we wind our way through the lives of these 2 lovers we wish them only happiness and positives. There is something very exciting about to happen to Brie what she thinks is one thing is actually something else. All her wishes maybe about to come true. That being said some of her friends are moving away from the LA Submissive Training centre to a new one being opened by Master Anderson in Denver.
We have gone through six books together and yet it doesn’t feel that way. This is truly a story where the reader becomes a part of what is happening. We cry when they cry, laugh when they laugh and are there for some very special occasions.
