Some of the recipes for facials, cleansing creams, etc. were a little too complicated and I didn't want to get that involved, but there were many that were simple, easy to make and felt good on my skin.

This book helps to make over your home to be like a spa. It is more enjoyable (and affordable) to be able to have a spa-like experience in your own home.
