In an attempt to protect the lives of two teenage girls, Detroit Private Investigator, Joe Hooks together with his long time friend, Kool-Aid, find themselves going up against corrupt city officials, dirty cops and the Russian mob.
Yet another action packed adventure from D K Gaston and nice to see the return of the Detroit-based pair after so long.
