it's the best book for the young girls out there. it has quotes and anecdotes about self confidence and self worth. in our generation today where people appreciates more on physical aspects of a person, this is every girls need to appreciate their physical look and be proud of what they have and what they are. it also contains some tips about fashion, beauty and friendships.

I thought I would be reading or knowing Kathryn deeper. The book just showed the side of her which I somewhat already know. How I wish they could have taken the chance to expose the side of Kath that is not usually seen on TV or told on her interviews. But if there's something nice about her book is that it did not turn out to be an endorsement book of the products she use. :)
