Claw 2 is book 2 of 6 in this series. Dante "Claw" Bastion, ex-con, murder, healer, dark angel is hired to "cure" married Rin of her barrenness. What he learns while with Rin, changes the game.
While book one was a great set up for the story, book two is a power punch. The interaction between Dante and Rin is fraught with tension as her true faith and false beliefs clash with Dante's healing touch and revealing truths. You feel Rin's confusion and vulnerability as Dante takes a battering ram to her mental obstacles in his path. With Dante, you can tell he is soaked in the need to open Rin up and set her free, though, for me, the why is still elusive.
The ending of this episode is explosive and leaves open many different directions for author Lucian Bane to take with this story. I am very curious as to which one he will choose.

Wow! I knew I loved Dante for more then his name. I'm loving this series! Poor Rin, I feel so bad for her. I was on the edge of my seat reading this, even wanted to punch and kick something at one point. I can't wait for the next book I this series. Mr. Bane thank you for the awesomeness of your books, BOOM!

Answer: When you finish the book, you put it down, walk away from it and allow your mind to consume all that you have read over the next 20 or so hours. That's how.

What can I say about this second instalment of Claw.
The further into this story you have taken me, the more entranced I am becoming.
A physically and emotionally scarred Rin is about to have a lesson of a lifetime and what a hot, steamy lesson it is. But she also has been given the chance to teach a fully fascinated Dante a few things as well.
I love their Bible bantering and the question session that Dante puts her through. Revealing or finding and accepting truth is often the hardest challenge a human must undertake. You have portrayed it magnificently here.
Places of worship are not always what they appear to be - a twist that I'm sure you will continue to play out to its full extent.
Tin Tin - what is the secret behind his incarceration - that is a twist and turn waiting to be devoured.
Lucian Bane has written an another installment in the Claw Series that should be extremely proud of. The pace from the very beginning is like going from 0 to 60 at the start of a Formula 1 Grand Prix race and it never ceases.From one hotel room, to a friend's house, to a nightclub and to another hotel room, Lucian keeps his readers hooked and on a wild ride of hot steamy sex, passion, understanding and growth by both Rin and Dante.
I read this book to my husband, as I have every other in the series, his comment during one particular scene was "This man knows how to describe!" To impress my husband like this is huge - so Mr Bane you are definitely doing something right!!!!!
What I really enjoyed about this installment was the emergence of Rin from the world in which she was raised. Her emotions are truly starting to shine. Tired of being considered fragile, Rin begins to take personal control of her emotions - something she has never had. We begin to witness anger, sassiness and a little bit of self-confidence.
Rin's bathroom scene was a classic - one that will stand the test of time!! It was hilarious!!! Never have I read a scene like that before. Tears were flowing. Then Dante's reaction to what occurred was absolutely priceless.
FRODOS!!! I will say no more. But god that was AWESOME!!!!! Dante's self-punishment was brilliant - I just don't know how he lasted that long!!! and his light bulb moment was superb.
THIS SERIES IS A MUST READ!!!! MAGNIFICENT AND IT'S ONLY GETTING BETTER!!!!!

Claw 2 is more of Rin Bernard & Dante Baston’s story. Dante helps Rin find the big “O” something her husband has never even bothered to give Rin. Rin is sexually repressed due to her religion. Daryl Bernard is a religious zealot and Dante has been brought in to help Rin with her "Condition". And, yes you will have to read Claw to find out more.
Claw 2 is a real short book but, it packs a punch and it also leaves you crying for more. You need to start with Claw 1 before you read this book but, wow. Yes, I have been left speechless. I sure hope these books are going to come out fast and furious. I heard there were going to be a total of 6 of these Novellas.

A gripping serial! Rin is a woman who is starved emotionally and innocent on so many levels because of her belief system. Dante, holistic healer and ex-con, enters her life and turns it upside down. Daryl, her husband, (aka Lord Dick, The Bastard) is an absolute bastard. Lucian has written him so evilly well, that the anger that rolls through me is very real because there are men out there like Daryl. Dante works on breaking through to Rin that touch, love and feeling in a relationship is real and ok by means of some unconventional ways. The characters in the Claw serial are extremely well written and so realistic that you can certainly identify on some level with the hero and heroine and can see the protagonist for the evil monster he is. Being fed this book a bit at a time is an edge-of-seat, binge-reading-worthy wait. Well done! Looking forward to part 3! 5 out of 5 stars.

This is one of the most deliciously erotic stories I've ever read. Every time Rin and Dante were together in an intimate way my blood would boil and wow!!! I had to make sure to read this while nobody was around me - I mean that bathroom scene at the club!!!! Holy crap!!! I needed to cannonball into a pool of ice water.
Lucian Bane does such a great job in this book, as he does in all his books, to suck out all this raw emotion from the reader. This story was well thought out and there was so much depth and character to it. Just when you think one issue is resolved 10 more pop up and it makes for an interesting read. There were quite a few editing issues within the book but it was overshadowed by the amazing storytelling.
I cannot wait to read the next part of this series. I seriously need some more Dante and to see what happens with Rin and her whole situation.

OMG this story is getting better and better, book 2 picks up where book 1 ended, and it carries on going!!, I have to say I love Dante, even more at the end of this book, i am really glad he did what he did.
Dante is still working his magic on Rin (she's a lucky girl in that respect lol).
Lucian also works his magic once again, his writing is superb, he draws you right in to the story, he knows how to get us to connect to the characters, to their feelings, it feels like we are watching our friend's story play out before us.
I really feel for Rin, but now she has a guardian Angel in the name of Dante, i just hope there are no reprecussions with how this book ended, can't wait for next week for the third installment.

I am trying to find the right words after reading this installment of Claw.. Wow! Ok here it is.... This is an amazing story that has me riveted.. but damn the last few chapters just took my breath. It was so emotional and I felt this gut wrenching heartbreak for Rin. Dante.. the man is a hero in my book! I will keep the faith that he is the man to help make Rin whole again.. What he does and doesn't do says so much.. I cannot wait for more of this story and what happens between these characters. #needingmoreofthisfreakingfantasticstory!

OMG! This book was so intense!! This is the 2nd book of a 6 book series, and there is no slow build up in this one!
We see Dante challenging Rin's beliefs and making her really think about her relationship with her husband, and her beliefs about marriage, and trying to make her see that she deserves so much more than she has....and it all culminates in an explosive scene at the end!
I almost cried when I realized I was at the end of the book and had to wait another week to see where Lucian takes us next!!

Dante, aka Claw, gets to know a little bit more about Rin and about her husband. In short, he's scum. So I'm not going to spoil HOW he's scum...just know he is.
Dante, wants to show Rin that she is NOT broken. However, that is easier said then done.
He's discovering he needs to claw (no pun intended) his way into the depths of her soul and mind and build her back up into the woman he sees and wants for himself.
It's heart breaking to see Rin go through what she goes through in this book. My hope is that Dante can help her out of her personal hell.

Here, in book 2 of Claw by Lucian Bane, Dante has rescued Rin and his main priority is to heal her physically and mentally, as well as undo the spiritual damage that her husband and herbeliefs have caused her.
This is a seriously heady mix of lust, desire, denial, love and faith. Gritty, raw and real, and oh so honest! There's just something about this author's writing that I find exciting. It's not pretentious, doesn't appear formulaic, and has natural rhythm. The plot is clever in its simplicity but laced with enough undertones to keep the pace sharp and interesting. And yes, the stories end on a cliff hanger, and so they should!
Now off to get another fix from book 3!

Stunning! Brilliant! Astonishing! Incredible! Captivating! Each one of those five adjectives describes my opinion of Claw 2 and each represents why I gave this second book in the series 5 stars.
*Stunning and brilliant because the the main characters, Rin and Dante (Claw) are written with such dimensional personalities. They are both very strong, yet extremely sensitive to each other's needs. There is a power that draws them together, as they are both survivors, but powerful forces are also tearing them apart. Rin's spirituality is at war with her sensuality and Dante's desire to claim and protect her conflicts with his need to honor her virtue, a trait he holds in the highest esteem.
*Astonishing and incredible because this storyline has a surprise waiting around every corner and the range of emotions experienced throughout the story is awe-inspiring. By the time you reach that "To be continued.." typed in the middle of the last page, you are just a little bit grateful for the opportunity to breathe again and ponder the fate of Rin and Dante. And you think......thank goodness I only have to wait a week for the third book.
*Lastly, captivating, the most descriptive of all of the adjectives for this book. Although I'm not a fan of quoting definitions, in this case the definition seems to fit my thoughts like a glove (or I could say a mitt for those of you who have read it), "capable of attracting and holding interest". As always, Lucian grabs your attention immediately, this time by naming Chapter One 'OMO', the acronym for 'Operation Multiple Orgasms'. Oh yes, he's got your attention now! After heating things up, he then starts pulling on your heartstrings, a few at a time, just to make sure you can't draw away from the story and from loving and rooting for these beautiful souls. Then.........well, no spoilers here, so take my word for it, you level of captivation never declines!

Amazing!!! This is the second book in the Claw series and I am completely enraptured .
I am shaking right now because Lucian writes with such passion and depth you feel as if you are part of the story .
Dante and Rin continue on to a level I did not see coming . He is trying so hard to help her realize how repressed she has been . I don't want to spoil it for anyone but WOW , once you read this you will understand when I say ....Breathless heart pounding,hands shaking,Breathless.
Things get emotionally crazy and I can't wait for the next book!

AM I BREATHING YET??!! Claw 2 in beyond intense! The emotions between Dante and Rin are absolutely electrifying! The part where the two of them banter back and forth with the bible study lesson is brilliant. I am happy to see Rin beginning to open up emotionally and speak her mind. Dante is definitely doing something right! The situation at the end left me wide eyed and breathless. The ending will have your pulse racing and your heart will want to jump out of your chest. I can’t wait to see what is going to happen next.

AMAZING! EMOTIONAL! FIERCE! Claw 2 is the 2nd installment in this 6 part series by Lucian Bane. These books have complex characters, are chalked full of emotion and sexy as all get out. I admire the strength in Dante as he tries to help Rin change how she views herself and what she believes in. This book from start to end has you wrapped up and anticipating what’s next. This series is one of many that Lucian Bane has written; this series and the others are a MUST READ!!!! WOW!

I'm still shaking from the adrenaline rush! Wow...you MUST read this. Absolutely positively a must read!! I cried, but they were angry tears. I'm trying not to say to much, but when you read a story that is this full of emotion you want everyone to know about it. I'm looking forward to the next one! Wow! I am completely wrapped up in this story and where it has progressed to. This installment had all the feels, heat, and tears you could possibly think of. Holy *hit!! This book was just WOW! It's just getting better and better. A must read. The adrenaline I got towards the end was epic!! Can't wait to see what happens next for Dante and Rin. This installment is filled with raw, gritty and heartbreaking emotions. It brings you to dark places that are hard to read but as always written to perfection!

OMG REALLY!!!! This is part 2 of 6 and I'm stunned, engrossed, totally sucked into Claw 2 by Lucian Bane. The characters, story content, suspense and tear me up way this one is going. I'm totally, in, hook, line and sinker. No going back now. Come on Part 3, too many tears at the end of part 2,I need to know what's happening.

I knew when I began this series there were only two completed books. I also know that the fabulous Author, Lucian Bane, is known for his cliffhangers. I even heard other ladies in my group, talk about their feelings regarding this story. Did I let that bother me, heck NO. I have read many Lucian Bane books, and I know that even without the other books that I would be happy that I chose NOT TO MISS the story of Dante and Rin. They are two broken souls who have the fortune to rescue one another. At first you think it is only Dante rescuing Rin but that isn't so, he only thought he was OK, but he kept discovering how she was saving him as well. This is a fabulous love story, the best kind of love stories that Lucian Bane writes. There may be more story coming in the rest of the book series if they are one day completed but even without them, I know how happy Dante and Rin make each other and they may still have rough times ahead but will survive together, and live and love. This is my true belief because they are Lucian Bane's children, and I trust him. Thanks, Lucian, for another heart thumping love story.
