I read this book a long time ago when my mom gifted me a copy of it because I was fascinated by the psychologist lady that would sometimes appear on TV back then (I have no clue if she still does TV work, I rarely watch TV nowadays).
I remember really loving this read, and I still quote some bits of it to this day so, that's pretty cool.
