Merging ancient Chinese wisdom and contemporary Western needs, this guide provides practical steps for making your living and working environments more attuned to the life forces around you.
I went to a lecture on Feng Shui at the library and it was fascinating, so I decided to read this book. It was interesting. Some stuff seems difficult to do because of the way the windows and doors are in my house. And my rooms aren't big enough to rearrange. The bed only fits in one place. But it will make me think the next time that I move and have to position the furniture.
This book was a little different from some of the other books I have read on the subject, and it made a lot of sense. One of the better volumes on the topic.
An introduction and explanation of the principles behind feng shui. Gives some practical examples for the home and office. Nicely illustrated. Not comprehensive, but you'd probably need to speak with a master directly for that!
