This was a very detailed book about how a national enterprise goes from start to finish. Interesting to compare and contrast with today's pipeline fights. Gets into the details around the political gamuts and financing schemes. I liked the book but pretty niche - need to like history, Cdn political shenanigans, and financing stories.
