'All The Reminders You Need To Get You Through Anything In Life' is a collection of daily reminders you need to hear when you’re going through a hard time. These reminders cover all aspects of graduating, growing up, feeling lost, loving too much, struggling to find love, struggling to move on, trying to let go or going through a quarter life crisis. We all need uplifting reminders to keep us going and make us feel like we’re not alone. This book is more of a manual on how to navigate the hurdles of life and overcome them.

If you're familiar with Thought Catalog and the type of articles they publish, this book reads like a collection of articles from the website. It isn't a bad thing. In fact, I gained a lot of encouragement from this book. I read a lot about caring for oneself, accepting mistakes because they are part of life, and moving forward with a tiny step.
I'm not entirely sure about liking the 'listicle' or bullet form all throughout the book. I'd have preferred it if each topic had deeper, longer essays. The topics are timely and I know most young readers will be able to relate.
I mentioned 'young readers' because, as I read the book, I was reminded of my actions and ideas and decisions when I was in my 20s. The late night parties, the drinking, the hangovers, the 'wrong' guy, etc.
I recommend this book to readers who are feeling a little lost and need some encouragement.
It really is comforting to see this advice published. It reflects language that real counselors would use, which emphasizes using sentences that gets the reader to make up their own mind about things, while also giving advice that a good friend would give. Well done!
I picked up this book off Amazon kindle a lark actually. I'm so glad I did! There are various stories/lists of pick me ups when you are 20, recent breakup or divorce, etc . . So if you are feeling a bit down, pick up this book, give it a read, I do not believe you will be disappointed.
At first I found it very impressive that every chapter has a long list of advices/sayings. Also throughout the book I had no idea that I needed to hear some of this.
I leaned on this book heavily while I was going through a tough time in my life. It kept me afloat and I encourage anyone who needs a daily pick-me-up to purchase this book. It is both a must read and a re-read!
There’s some great quotes and advice in this book, but there’s also some pretty flawed (or straight fucked-up) quotes and advice too. There’s some turds amongst the nuggets of gold, but there’s something for everyone.
This book let me tell you. Has advice in it I never realized I needed. If your struggling in life with love, yourself, loss, or whatever. You need to buy this.
I know that repetition helps people remember the reminders but there was a little too much of that for my taste. Otherwise this was an upliftingly interesting read and I got a lot of inspiration for my own art and life out of it.
These books get to me in a good way . They make me think . They make me cry. And they make me move on. All of these are good things . I found thoughts catalog a few years back and read the blog religiously . I couldn't believe my luck when I realized they have tons of books on Kindle, just waiting to be read by me .
