Storm is on a mission to use her extraordinary powers for the betterment of not just mutantkind, but the entire world. When wayward youth start disappearing from the streets of New York, Storm is reminded of her past as a thief and decides to investigate. But little does she suspect that the culprit behind the disappearances is one of her oldest foes, Callisto!

Another great issue from Storm's solo line. I love how the stories aren't your stereotypical "Find some baddies, punch them a lot, save the day". Also art is GREAT.
I was really impressed with the first issue and maybe that's why my outlook on this follow issue is a bit dimmed, it didn't quite live up to its predecessor. I guess you can't be blow away every time.
I felt like there was less ass kicking and more kissing, which in my book is a negative. The comic opens with Logan telling Storm he always knew she was a bad girl...
...and then ends with her telling him that she's a good girl...
Am I cynical? Maybe, but it still irked me.
Anyways, this one just didn't pack the same punch so I think I'll wait for the trade from here on out.
4 stars. Storm is such a badass. I love how she just wants to help. I liked the team up of her and Hank and I also forgot how much of a huge stan I was of the pairing of StormxWolverine! I was OBSESSED and this issue had some of that which was awesome to see.
It's always interesting to me to see a superhero discover they're wrong and then watch how they react. This issue is a good example of that. The series as a whole (all two issues) seems like it's mainly interested in exploring Storm's character, rather than being plot-driven. I like it but YMMV. Seeing her and Wolverine together is also funny and at the same time sweet, but I get the feeling the Pak might be waiting for him to die before he really kicks this story into gear.
Brief. We are teased with meeting one of Storm's former foes; the formidable Callisto! But the whole event is maybe four pages?
The second in the series is still very much an introduction to the character. If the plot and characterizations don't get better soon, I'm afraid this title will fail.
I really, really enjoyed the Storm and Wolverine moments. They just have this great chemistry. RoLo fan forever.
I felt that Callisto and Storm didn't need to fight. It was cool to see Storm going to the tunnels again, reminding us of how the X-men met the Morlocks and how she became a leader.
Storm and Callisto meeting each other in the subway tunnels. Awesome. The issue showed how the two women have grown since their battle for Morlock ownership years ago.
I really can't get over how much I love this solo series. Storm is my FAVORITE lady X-Person and while media outside the comics can't seem to get her right this series is just SO SPOT ON.
