I have quite literally read this from cover to cover and have cooked nearly every recipe in it, with an aim to get to them all! Favourites so far include sopa seca, their vegan garlic aioli (and literally every other sauce), the Chilean shepherd's pie, their pickles, the 'meat' balls, the corn and jalepeno pancakes, the salads... as I say, everything.
They make beautiful, flavourful dishes super accessible to a home cook (that happens to be trying to be vegan). This book has made my 2020 stomach so happy.
