I started telling stories in my mother's kitchen when I was a kid and my love for stories and romance finally turned me into a romance writer.

My personal romance story has not been perfect. My teenage crush didn't last past our first kiss. I must have been a terrible kisser because he took off once our lips touched! Life is such, right? I still believe in romance and keep hoping for my billionaire to sweep me off my feet. For now, I'll be content with my romantic man who hasn't taken off after our first kiss!

My stories focus mainly on the lives of rich and powerful men and women who live in my fantasies! Maybe one day I'll meet a real billionaire. For now, I'll just dream up their lives and share it with my readers while living on my meager college student income.

I received an ARC for an honest review. I wasn't sure about this story at first. Then I was hooked! I needed to know what happened to them.
Derrick lost the women he loved 10 years ago after he proposed. He has never gotten over Maggie. His sister comes up with a way to try to fix it. It's far fetched, crazy, interesting, and amazing. Have you ever wanted to change a major mistake that happened in your life? If you could would you? Would your past change your future? This book made me want to believe that all these are possible. If something is meant to be, maybe it will be! Bella this was different and I liked it a lot. The heartache, frustration, fear, desperation, passion, and love just pulled me through the book like I was right there with them! Everyone should read this book.

Rcvd ARC for a review. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this book. It seemed a birthday far-fetched. However, once I got into reading, it was addicting and I wanted to know what happened. Derrick is lost over his 1st and only love Maggie, whom his father ran off. 10 yrs is a long time to try and forget. When derrick is at his mom's be decides to go for a horseback ride and discovers they have new neighbors with a broken fence. Low and behold..Maggie is that new neighbour and she is mighty angry about seeing Derrick. Derrick sister Harper, the brains of the family my have a solution to his problem..but will Derrick believe her and what will he do?

I purchased a book that was called Defiant. It was falsely advertised as a second chance romance. However once I started reading it the story became weird. There was time travel but no mention was made of this when I read the description. I was extremely disappointed. I found this book to be very stupid! There was not a true second chance romance, it was all dure to some stupid crystals and a time machine. I only finished it in the hopes it would become normal. I gave it one star because I felt bad not gaining it any stars. I really feel duped - if the name was The Time Traveler on Amazon I would never have bought it!

DNF I got 14 chapters in and couldn't take it anymore. First off the time traveling was stupid and crazy but I wanted to see what happens next. But Derrick kept messy up and making the future worse. I got this book for free but the title was called Defiant and then this story of time travel came from it. Whatever! I didn't like it.

Time travel.... Paradoxes....
I gave up at 27%.
It was just one alternative life after another, each one progressively worse than the last.
