When White Moon becomes wounded by Kit Carson’s attack, his horse brings him to a farm where Constance lives. She nurses him back to health, not realizing how her action of saving his life, would tangle her into his life in a way she never imagined.
Its happy, and sad it has so much information and history of how the Indians were decided and mistreated. Leaders had such a hard time what do to comply with the law. However its a good book.
I enjoyed this book. It's a touching tale of the life and trials of whites versus natives and the blending of relationships wrought with difficult decisions.
