I thoroughly enjoyed reading this wonderful and interesting book. This story covers John Colson, a Vietnamese orphan who was adopted by a older couple whom later died in a car accident. John dropped out of collage and worked for a few years before deciding to go to boot-camp. What you will find in this story is drama, intrigue, boot-camp, graduation, orders, selected for a special unit, arrival, driven to the middle of nowhere and ditched, a panther attack, a grizzly bear, shifting into a honey/sun bear, shock, amazement, going to bar, drinking, Captain Zane picking him up, attractions, paintball practice, a mission, Thailand, hunters, setting a trap, taking hunters down, kissing Zane, cubs and pups rescued, entering Johns room, trapping John in corner, kissing, intimacy, camp, throwing up, teasing from the camp's men, buying pregnancy test, unplanned pregnancy, shock, showing Zane the test, phoning Doctor, congratulations, emotional feelings and erotic scenes. I found the story-line well written and the characters well developed. The bonus stories are also well written and interesting. I would recommend this book to people that like to read a shapeshifter story that is different and catches your attention. I look forward to reading more from this author.

The formatting was poorly done. Editing issues drove me nuts. Particularly when the MC's internal dialogue is in the same font as everything else. There's nothing to indicate it's the voice in his head and it gets confusing.
Predictable and flat characters.
