Loved it. An essential reading for everyone interested in the reasons why human beings are always alert and even paranoid that a 'competitor', or a 'predator' is about to strike us. Helps a great deal to realize when it is healthy, and when it becomes a problem, as well as suggests exercises to detect and to overcoming it. This is the first of its kind. Congratulations to the authors.
While there were some helpful chapters in this book, this book was way too long, tedious and repetitive to be an enjoyable read. I'm thankful that these authors wrote a book specifically for paranoid people, but it really needs to be summarized and shortened.
