I think this book might be more helpful than SketchyMicro. It is very easy to read and actually sort of funny. It somehow narrows down this incredibly huge topic into everything you need to know for clinical practice. It feels like you're cheating (well maybe its because this is the first book that is actually telling me what I need to know instead of reinforcing the same academic physiology points that we've been studying since first year). A lot of things started to click.
Highly recommend. The antibiotics section is only like 100 pages and can be read pretty quickly.

I can clearly recommend this book as handbook for anti-botics, to review anti-botics, and to study for exams if you are student. It is very simple direct and clear.
