This series has been great so far. I wish they'd make this into a cartoon rather than Justice League Action or Teen Titans Go. I really want to see more of Space Ghost and the blob aliens!

Omnikron is under siege by the space heroes on the planet Amzot. He’s attempting to escape to earth by sending pieces of himself through portals. On the other side, Dr. Zin is trying to take advantage of whatever comes through and take control of the reforming Omnikron!

Jonny Quest and his family are joined by Birdman and a dzed Jan and Blip as they fight off the forces of FEAR. So at this point, we have two groups of allied characters fighting against the bad guys. I feel a little hampered by not being familiar with all of these characters right off the bat, but I’m enjoying the sense of fun in the story and getting to know who everyone is and what their abilities are. There’s a lot going on and sometimes I feel like I need a scorecard, but I think I’m getting it!

Again, the art is a high point for me. The three artists each do a section of the story and it flows together very seamlessly. The style is very clean and reminiscent of the animation these characters originated from. Everything is very distinct and the characters easily identifiable. I can see all the action so clearly as a Saturday morning cartoon, so that adds to the fun.

Fun story that should appeal to new and old fans.

The second issue was just as fun as the first, but with the added bonus of more characters. Everyone plays off of one another well and they've even introduced a "straight man" in the character Ty who is a kid that just got caught up in the crazy by stroke of luck.

Love it.

Basically just copy and paste my review of #1. Intrigued, but not overly excited.
