Great book for beginners

From a beginner standpoint this book is just awesome, it will get you started, up and running - I highly recommend it, but if you have seen Angular before and are looking for an in-depth undertanding of Angular then this book will not fill you in on certain key concepts.

Great read, almost a 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that it doesn't go into those key internal mechanisms and concepts such as "Digestive loops", using $scope in async contexts, watch() or Promises. I guess you can argue that since this is a book for beginners it could be "OK" to skip those terms, but I personally think that those concepts were important enough to deserve at least a couple of pages.

Having said that, I think it's still a pretty good book and I still recommend it.
