Marriage. A civil, social and legal institution under which two consenting adults establish a life-long relationship based on love and commitment. Scott Wilson and Brandon Lawrence want what all their friends have - marriage, kids, and a dream kitchen in the biggest house they can afford. The only thing stopping them - the state of Florida. But sweeping change is on the horizon, and their story only delivers fairytale endings and happily ever afters. What the world can learn from Scott and Brandon's story is that living in harmony is always better than living with hostility. That acceptance of people's differences is always easier than dissension, and that love always triumphs over hate. #Lovewins

This is the third book in the Time Series. To me this book is no different than the previous books in that I totally loved it. This author certainly knows how to write a beautiful love story. Although this is a quick read the emotions and feels in this story is beautiful and gave me goosebumps. Really looking forward to reading more of this authors stories. Loved it.
This is the third installment to this series, had I known, I would have read the first two prior to this. But, nonetheless it was a great read. This is the first book I have read by this author as well. I found the story line to be well written and thought provoking. I was immediately drawn to the characters and their story.
It's About Time is a very quick, romantic read. It tells that no matter how different a person is, no matter their choices in life, they deserve to be loved. Scott has know most of his life that he was attracted to the opposite sex, but he kept that part of his life hidden for fear of what others would think. When he learns that another friend is the same way, they strike up a relationship that is hidden from all those around them. Scott finally realizes that what he feels is not wrong and does not make him a bad person. When a trip to the grocery store brings him face to face with Brandon.
Jump ahead three years and they are now a couple, trying to plan a life together. The one thing in their way is whether or not gay marriage will be legalized in the state of Florida. Come and follow Scott and Brandon along the way as they celebrate the happiness of their own lives and those lives of their extended family. As Scott gets his business up off the ground and finds what it is that he really wants in life.
We are all entitled to our own opinions as far as same sex marriage goes. I am a firm believer in the fact that everyone deserves to be happy and to find that one special someone that completes us no matter what. This is such a sweet story. Go and grab your copy today. I know I am going to go and read more by this author.

It’s About Time is a novella in the Time Series. I read it as a standalone and didn’t have any issues. Scott and Brandon are a couple that want to get married like their friends but marriage is legal in Florida yet. This story takes you from their engagement and along the wedding planning trail.
“Brandon Lawrence? Do you know me? I want a wedding. A big, over-the-top ceremony, with everyone I know and love in attendance. I want hydrangeas on the tables, rose petals on every square inch of the ceremony venue, and good Southern cooking. I want Mia’s little girls in the frilliest flower girl dresses I can find, and you and I, sir, will be decked to the nines.”
I adored reading about the wedding planning and how excited Scott gets that he can officially marry his love. The friends are so supportive. The parents are as well but sometimes Scott’s mom can get a little pushy in her Southern way. LOL! But her baby is only going to get married once.
I think I’ll enjoy reading the rest of the Time series books and will check them out. I’m so happy in real life we can marry who we want and that fight is over. Of course, equality will always be a battle but one step at a time and keep fighting.
Love Wins. That's something the author put in the acknowledgements this book and I think it fits perfectly with everything this one is about.
Two people no matter who they are that love each other deserve the same happiness that everyone else gets even if they are not a traditional couple. Scott and Brandon love each other and just want to have what all their friends around them have. Marriage. A simple things to many, but there are so many more who would love to have it and can't.
But recently that changed in real life and I loved seeing it come to life in this story. Although short you see just how much it means to them to be able to have a wedding and legally bind themselves together as they have always wanted.
There are plenty of tears throughout so keep your tissues handy, but to me they were all good tears. I loved seeing inside Scotts head and how he thinks about everything going on around him.
I did wish to see things occationally from Brandons POV, but overall I truely enjoyed this one!
I received It's About Time, B.A. Dillon in a giveaway I won. It's about Scott and Brandon's love for each other. This story will warm your heart and show you love can conquer all!! I highly recommend book 2.5. Can't wait to read #3.
I’ll be honest, I’m not a fan of a novella unless it’s part of a series like this one. I find I don’t get to know the characters well. Fortunately, It’s About Time is part of a series I love. I already knew the main character, Scott, although not well. This was a chance to get to know him better, and although I did get to know him better, I still would have liked to know more about his background. But It’s About Time was still missing something –– the extra layers that were a part of the first two books in the series –– the suspense of a crime investigation as well as the psychic abilities which were an integral part of these investigations. However, this novella set it up well for the next book in the Time Series.
I received this book for an honest review. Review by Heidi

This M/M story is about Brandon and Scott wanting the American Dream, but only they can't have it. Florida doesn't allow same sex marriages...This book has all the feels as they strive for there HEA. #LoveWins says it all!
