Trinity lives with her husband and five children in Virginia. She grew up overseas in Turkey and Japan, where her love of reading developed due to a lack of English-speaking television. As her need for written works grew, so did her desire to create worlds for others to enjoy. By the time she was in middle school she had started writing short stories. She endeavors to break the mold where modern stereo-types are concerned and create engaging characters.
When she’s not writing or working, Trinity still enjoys settling down to read a book or doing graphic art in her spare time.
After falling in love with Teagan and Ash in book 1 Pivotal Moments, I had very mixed feelings about this book seeing as how I loved and was content with how the previous book ended. I loved Teagan and Ash's relationship and how perfect they were for one another. Ash was Teagan's game changer and he changed his playboy ways as soon as he met her. You need to have read Pivotal Moments first in order to get the full background and full effect of Teagan and Ash's relationship.
I have to admit that I really hated Teagan for most of the book and still have very mixed feelings about how it ended. When his ex, Lauren, works her way back into Teagan's life, he changes for the worst and starts neglecting Ash and picking stupid fights with her. I get that what he was going through was tough As a result of this, she becomes slightly closer to Ryan, a classmate of hers. I loved Ryan! He was a very good friend to Ash and helped her through some tough times and it takes a lot for me to be rooting for the other guy, especially since I loved Teagan. I really felt bad for Ash and what Teagan was putting her through and I just wanted her to be happy, even if it was someone else other than Teagan.
This was a great captivating story that is filled with secrets, romance, lies, angst, and sadness. I was captivated from start to finish and almost finished this in one whole setting if it wasn't for work, school, and that pesky thing called sleep. I hope we finally get a story for Connor and Penny, Ash's brother and best friend, because I can definitely see that there is more to their story. I also hope another certain side character gets a book of his own because I really wanted him to get a happy ending. I'm not going to spoil it and say who it is though. I am looking forward to seeing what Trinity has in store for us next.
Within two days I read both of these books. I couldn’t put them down. Book one is a mature YA story line with our main character near the end of her senior year of high school. When her older brother comes home for spring break, with his HOT roommate, a connection is made between the two. A romance evolves and obstacles within their family, friends, and jealous acquaintances makes their relationship difficult at times.
Now in book 2 we already have a strong connection and Ash is now a freshman in college. Teeg is a senior and is supposed to be graduating soon. I like their dynamic and the obstacles that arise while attending college together. Ash’s roommate Annie is super sweet and becomes a total rock for her.
I asked some questions to the author and she responded back to me. Her answers are here.
Q:Are we going to have more of Ash and Teeg? Answer: “Teeg and Ash are done. They’ll appear in other books, but as side characters. I’ll occasionally do a short story or flash fiction of them, but they’re done.”
Q: Are we ever going to know what happened to Penny and Conner? (Conner is Ash’s older brother- who is a total player and douche at times. There is stuff going on with him and Penny, but we don’t know. We are totally lost and only get glimpses of their conflicts. I hope we have more of them. I really want to know what happens.) Answer: “Penny and Conner ARE getting a book! It’s called Enduring moments and I’m actually working on it now.”
Q: Ryan (from book 2) will he get his own story? Answer: “Funnily enough… Ryan was never supposed to be on anyone’s radar. He was a throwaway character. But he took on a life of his own and I’ve gotten so many request for him. That yes, he’s getting his own book. It’s called Healing Moments.”
So should you read this series?
I enjoyed it. There are some parts that I am not a fan of, but the overall story and heart of the two characters was sweet.
Oh MY GOD! I loved this series. Please please let there be a part 3!!
Read this series immediately! It was funny, heartbreaking and just made you smile. I had panic attack reading this book. I cried, ok so I sobbed, but then I literally cheered and thanked the author for having a heart and making it all right.
There are no words to describe how much I loved this book! I've never been so torn on who to root for, Teagan and Ryan are two of the best make characters ever! However Teagan and Ainslinn are definitely a match made in heaven. The twists and turns in their progressing relationship are serious real life conflicts, and their outcome beautiful. Loved Teagans pov at the end! I want and need more of their story!
A love story that’s an emotional rollercoaster ride!!
Trinity Hanrahan has written a wonderfully emotional and real love story. She has shown how hard love can be and all the obstacles that can get in the way! She has given us engaging and relatable characters that you will cheer for, scream at and fall in love with! This book is an emotional rollercoaster ride from start to finish!
I was SO nervous about reading this book! I love Teag & Ash so much and thought book one ended perfect and I KNEW the author was just going to mess with their perfect HEA. And damn... I was right. So many feels and heartbreaking tears and laughs. I loved it. It was a rollercoaster of feels but it was awesome!
This book really made me cry. It took so much to stop because I took what happen so serious. Ash was really tough for all the things she was going through and so was Tae. I really thought ash and Ryan were going to become something because they really did hang out a lot and I was getting a little emotional with that also. And at the end when everything happen it was overwhelming. Hearing or most likely reading what Penny was going through got to me. I was really angry. This book is really good I swear it is worth reading it!

Decisive Moments is the second book in the 'In Time' series by Trinity Hanrahan. It is not a standalone novel so book 1, Pivotal Moments, should be read first.
High School is over - Aislinn is ready to face the challenge of college and her new relationship. Aislinn has overcome her high school insecurities and embraced her relationship with reformed bad boy Teegan Aldridge.
So in this installment of the series we see poor Aislinn still trying to come to terms with the fact Teegan loves her. This is especially put to the test when Teegan's ex-girlfriend Lauren comes back into his life with a bombshell for the couple. Aislinn and Teegan still haven't taken the next step in their relationship and Aislinn's old insecurities start to creep back in as she struggles to understand why Teegan is stalling. Is it because of Lauren?
As with book 1 I really enjoyed the story and loved the characters. I really felt for Aislinn - she tried so hard to overcome her insecurities but kept getting knocked back down. I could have cried right alongside her at some points during this story. I always think when you can feel what a character is going through you know the author has written a good story. I still liked Teegan's character even if he didn't always make the right choices. Deep down he absolutely adores and loves Aislinn - she is it for him.
There is some strong language and a few sex scenes in this book but I think I would still recommend this book for young adults.
Another great book in this series by Trinity Hanrahan, I do wonder if there will be another book because I really want to find out what is going on between Connor and Penny.
This is the conclusion to Teagan and Aislinns story, and it had everything you could want, ants, romance, heartbreak and some hot moments. You know when you read a good book because you can literally feel it in your gut at the high and low points through out the story. Teagan and Aislinns relationship is stronger than ever now that she is with him at university, but life sure has a fine way of throwing some curveballs along the way, a blast from the past reappears and life takes a big turn for the couple. Aislinn is a rock for Teagan when life gets thrown upside down because as long as she is with the love of her life then things will work out, but when lines start getting crossed and things start falling apart can they really pulls through with everything that has happened. Must read pivotal moments first. Trinity hanrahan you knocked it out the park girl
Decisive Moments is the second book in the series but can definitely be read as a standalone. A story about love, loss and adjusting to a new normal, this coming of age book follow college freshman Aislinn through her journey of love found and lost.
Aislinn is dating the boy of her dreams, her brothers best friend Teagan. Their relationship is on the right path and she feels nothing but loved and cherished. Then one day Teagan is given news that he never expected which turns his world upside down. While Aislinn struggles to keep Teagan close, he drifts further away and closer to Lauren. It's only when Aislinn reaches her breaking point that the heartache begins and the reader wonders how this will all play out.
r himGreat story I loved the relationship between Aislinn and her brother. Also how deeply they cared for their mother. The relationship between Teagan and Aislin was hot and they really belonged to each other. Though I wished Ryan would of gotten a part out of all of this, it broke my heart to, but things change and he was always there for her, being a good friend. I felt like the book wasn't over, like there are still some more unfinished business to look forward to.
I would recommend this to people who love chick-flicks and are huge on romance and relationship togetherness. The book was great
This was one of my Best Contemporary Series this year read! I loved Aislinn & Teagan's continued story. This was more of a new adult version. Aislinn is a freshman in college and Teagan is a senior in college now. They are going to the same school. This book was more emotional and lots of angst and twists thrown in. A surprise twist from a past consequence has been thrown in their perfect relationship. Aislinn must make a decision, will Teagan take responsibility for his past action and will he be able to keep Aislinn and his relationship in the process?
I was glad that when I finished reading the first book that the second was only days away from release. I was NOT disappointed, unless you count the cliffhanger. Hopefully there will another one following the graduation!
It was ok, not as great as the first book. I would like better details about Lauren and the whole situation. They just broke up and then got back together after her mom was stabbed...then the epilogue. I felt that the ending was a bit rush.

I loved this book just as much as the first one. I couldn't put it down; read it in one day. I'm really hoping that there will be a spin-off involving Penny.
Aislynn sorry but you are a doormat. Teagan treated her like crap(and the behavior was never explained) and she took him back as soon as he crooked his finger.
This is YA at it's best. Teagan and Aislinn are off to college starting on the next journey into their lives when Lauren his ex girl friend shows up and starts to monopolize his time. Aislinn has a dilemma on her hands. Do she trust Teagan who starts to change his attitude towards her or do she stay and stand her ground. This story has a lot of ups and downs and you have to give Ryan his props for being a good friend. This is a good storyline with dynamic characters that we can all identify with a one time in our lives.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Use one hand to hold on tight because this rollercoaster doesn't stop and takes your emotions with it. The drama adds to the realness of the story. The characters you will have a love/hate relationship with.
The other hand will be to hold on to your reader because you won't want to put it away until you see what happens on this bumpy coaster. I received an ARC for an honest and voluntarily review.
This is the second part to the in Time Series. Here the heroine is at the same college that her brother and boyfriend are at. But not all goes smoothly. Here she finds out that he has a child. And the mother of the child wants him back. What happens next is the story. Can't wait to read more.
When I read the blurb I knew I needed this on my kindle. I gotta say there were some moments when I was done with Teagan and totally rooting for Ryan. Sorry, not sorry
An intriguing college romance story, journey into their lives, it is emotional with ups and downs. Incredible characters. A well-written book. It was a pleasure to read this book.
