I read this book ages ago but forgot about it. Anyway, I don't have much to say. I remember thinking it was pretty boring and it never really told me anything I didn't already know. I still don't have the gift... but I suppose that's my fault.

There was a lot of information, but so much of it was overshadowed by stories and experiences versus actual information that I was looking to learn about.

Topics in the book (though not the actual chapter titles):
Chapter 1 & 2: The author's personal background
Chapter 3: Imagination
Chapter 4: Chakras, channel, & inner screen
Chapter 5: Angels & spirit guides
Chapter 6: Psychic conversation (speaking to someone in a visualization)
Chapter 7: Automatic writing
Chapter 8: Writing letters to angels
Chapter 9: Past lives
Chapter 10: Healing personality aspects
Chapter 11: Heart & mind balance
Chapter 12: Meditation
Chapter 13: Children

The good: The author has a kind, sincere tone. The exercises are simple, but effective at getting energy flowing and strong (though some weren't new to me, a couple were).

The eh: The writing style was a little fluff with a bit too much filler and a feeling of cliche. Some of the exercises were repetitious (like just changing the color of light). Also, aside from learning to clear the "inner screen", I'm not sure that this has any more focus on actual clairvoyance than any other general psychic book.

Still, decent starter book. :)
