The oldest and most powerful of the Aisling triplets, Leona has always been the one most devoted to denying her gift . . . until now. When she begins to see murky visions of the crazed killer who has targeted her sisters, she can't ignore her powers any longer. This evil man not only threatens her family, but is also coming after her. Yet until she can see him clearly, she realizes that the man dead-set on destroying her could be anyone, even Owen Shaw. But when the handsome, rugged newcomer begs her to use her powers to help his troubled sister, how can she say no? She should stay away from him, but the strong attraction, the undeniable hunger she feels for his body, won't let her escape. Leona will have to summon every ounce of her power—and her passion—if she wants to live to see another day.
"For Her Eyes Only" by Cait London gave me a bit of problem at first. It began at a slower pace than her two other books in this series. But once I got about halfway, POW! the action picked up and didn't stop til the last page! I couldn't put it down and stayed up way too late to finish it.
Leona is the oldest of triplet girls born to a famous psychic. She has done her best to deny and supress her 'gifts' as she's sure it was those same gifts that drove her grandmother insane and caused her to commit suicide. But now there's an insane psychic out to destroy her family and Leona's willing to do whatever it takes to stop him.
Owen is a grey-eyed shaman who's doing some denying of his own! When he realizes that Leona may be able to help his sister, he just won't take no for an answer. And it doesn't take him long to realize that Leona needs his help...and he NEEDS to protect her. And if that means embracing his shaman heritage, then he's more than willing.
Owen and Leona both were hard nuts to crack. Understanding who they are and why they react the way they do takes a bit of work. But once the understanding is there, their story is one that will grab you. In this last book of the series, we finally get to see the psychic out to destroy the Aisling triplets and he's scary in the deranged psycho killer way. And excellent ending to this trilogy, I just kinda wish she had written more about the triplet's Mom and her 'protector'.
3.5 stars. Didn't grab me as I thought it might. I enjoyed this authors Tallchiefs series so when I saw this at the library, I grabbed it not realising it is book three of a trilogy. This didn’t matter as the other two sisters’ books run concurrently, so I really just get the wrap up with the baddie. Though I liked the plotline with all the history, I found this a bit overly long and at times slow and repetitious. The ending with the baddie seemed to quick and easy. May read the sisters books.
Absolutely wonderful. This book definitely kept me on my toes. I like how there was a solid ending and that it wasn't rushed into 3 pages like other books.
I don't know what happened with this series but the first book was 5 stars and 2nd and 3rd only 3 stars. I loved the concept of the curse and the evil psychic vampire who was trying to ruin Aisling's heirs and take back the power. But I feel that the books were much longer than required and rather repetitive. For the most part I liked Leona Chablis and I could understand why she fought against her clairvoyancy. But I just couldn't understand how she could let her beloved husband die when she absolutely knew what was going to happen to him and when. She just let him go without even a single word of concern. It just doesn't make sense and made it hard to relate to her.
The Aisling family was cursed by Borg, an ancient Celt who fought a viking warlord of Aisling and lost. He cursed her future offspring and the viking's people swore allegiance and protection forever. Now Owen Shaw, a descendent of that viking has entered Leona's like (Leona is a great-great granddaughter of Aisling). Borg's descendent is a psychic vampire who is intent on stealing the power from the Aislings and using it for his own gains. He has already tried with Tempest and Claire (Leona's sisters - triplets) and failed miserably. Will Leona and Owen, who has some psychic abilities as well, be able to defeat him and save her family?
As a series ender, For Her Eyes Only did it's job. It tied up all the loose ends and provided a satisfying conclusion but it just seemed too easy and pat for the one sister who refused her gifts to be able to defeat this powerful enemy with no real practice or training of her gifts. It was just too easy and not totally believable.

A great conclusion to this sexy paranormal romantic suspense. A fun read.
Same thoughts as the first two books. Good story, good series, I especially like the last male character she introduced, but there were times I felt like she was being paid by the word, or that someone thought the readers must not be that quick, there were unnecessary explanations throughout the whole series. I can deal with reminders, but I get irritated when the reminder comes in the exact same words each time, I would have appreciated a variation of reminders instead of a copy and paste reminder from earlier in the story.
I still gave the four stars because of the story, not the editing, and who knows, maybe I'm the only one this bothers...
This is the last of a trilogy about triplets with psychic abilities who are being hunted by the descendant of their ancestors' enemy. In this one, the oldest of the three finally decides the only way to conquer is to let her abilities grow and run free. In the process, she becomes a psychic healer and hooks up with her very own protector.
I give "For Her Eyes Only" a 3.5, although I really didn't care for Leona, she seemed blind to the danger and evil right in front of her. Yet the character Owen Shaw is the one who captured my attention, the journey he took, emotionally and spiritually made the storyline worth the read.
Loved this trilogy!!! I hope Cait London will write more books like this. All her other stuff is romance novel stuff & not what interests me. This trilogy is full of romance too, but the addition of the psychic abilities & mystery really worked well.
Not as good as Book 1, but on par with book 2. This had some really contrived scenes. But then again, I'm so burned out on vampire characters that this could have been what soured me on the book.
