Another fabulous cookery book from the original Bake Off gang. Lots of advice and guidance regarding how to best use the different types of chocolates in cooking. 3 levels of recipes - easy, needs a little skill and up for a challenge.Easy Recipes include; Dark chocolate and walnut muffins, simple chocolate truffles, chocolate cupcakes, pecan and milk choc chip cookies, cocoa nib soda bread, coffee bourbons, pistachio and dark chocolate financiers, cocoa nib and chocolate chip granola bars, brownies, blueberry blondies, chocolate loaf cake, cinnamon and chocolate tiger bundt cake, chocolate truffle cake, chocolate souffle, flourless chocolate cake, white chocolate baked cheesecake, chocolate fondants, prune and dark chocolate kugelhopf, raspberry and dark chocolate mousse cake, dark chocolate ganache tort, sable kisses. Many more in the medium and hard section.
The book has step by step instructions - with pictures of how to manage the techniques required for the bakes.

The help section at the front is incredibly informative. Just remember that bit and using chocolate in the future should be a breeze.

I was actually expecting this to be just about using melted chocolate and forming it into shapes and how to make decorations and using moulding chocolate and stuff like that, not actually have chocolate cake recipes and such.

The recipes are definitely not to everyone’s taste.
They are divided into easy medium and difficult strengths
