An MM. Western Action Adventure (CC)

MM. has penned a western action adventure which begins with an outlaw receiving a full pardon provided he became a U.S. Marshal with a new name. He agreed. The offer had been from the Governor because they found out who had stolen the good bullion and they wanted him to locate those people. He goes on the trail of the imposter Cougar Kid and while on the chase run into many different situations that could get him killed. This is an excellent read for the genre.....DEHS

Great book!!!!

Really good book. Very well written and full of action. Read this book in 2 days. Couldn't put it down. I highly recommend this book.

This book has no pretensions to being a classic of the western genre, but is packed with action. Our hero a reformed outlaw, now undercover lawman in hot pursuit of an imposter, who is using the hero’s former persona – ‘The Cougar Kid’ – to build up his own reputation. Throw in a couple of beautiful young women, vying for our hero, and many life threatening scrapes. What more do you need. Published 1954.
