Continuing where Defiant leaves off, Different is more about Anson, Poppy and Alistair. Its great what you can do when you have friends. These three hit the road with Leo, Poppy's best friend. Their adventure is an escape to protect Anson.

Anson finds out quite a lot about himself on this trip - some of it a shock.

I dont want to tell too much of the story. You need to read it for yourself, you'll enjoy it.

I am very much looking forward to the next in the series.

Different starts off right where Defiant ends, thank goodness that cliffhanger was pure evilness, but in a fantastic I want more kinda way.
I found myself just as captured by the world and characters that Lynch created in book one, her knack for describing the world and characters she has created is marvellous, you truly feel like you are among Anson and Poppy.

It's just one of those weeks... Poppy is Anson's soulmate, did I mention she is a vamp, oh and in case I failed to mention it Anson has a price on his head so to speak, some "being" wants him dead or turned.
There is danger, adventure, love, vamps, weres, and so very much more.

This is a definite read!

Anson is having a very bad week - first he finds out his girlfriend Poppy is a vampire then he finds out that someone wants to kill him or turn him. Poppy is his soulmate. What else can go wrong? What else is he missing with what he knows about his dad? Will he survive all this? No spoilers here - this is a definite must read to find out what happens between Anson and Poppy - would recommend to everyone.
