ღ I really didn't envision Daniel getting his own book . but thankfully Ms Glenn add Daniel to the series, even though this a very short read. We meet Daniel in Tease’s book .Daniel is Laynie’s sexy straight & narrow cop brother.

♥●• Gabby is desperate to find her missing brother. ► So desperate in fact, that she starts making some very bad decisions without thinking them through. To be honest some very dumb decisions, but thankful she had Daniel there to guide her in the direction

💞. This too short read has plenty surprising twist & turns

You do not need to read this book, to keep up with the other books in the series.

A big NO NO in the book!!!!

The man’s chin tips down and I find myself looking into the most beautiful pair of green eyes I’ve ever seen.

For the first time, I notice just how blue his eyes really are.

I enjoyed the storyline they were so rushed. I dislike the story a bit more knowing that Gunner a is dead later in the books. Still enjoyed it, did not regret to reading this book.

Daniel is Laynies hot cop brother. This book tells the other side of coin from a cops point of view. Helping Gabby find her brother isn't gonna be easy in more ways than one. Loved this book so much it's a must read series that you won't want to put down.

5 Officer Lawson stars!! Another great book to the series, it’s dangerously hot!!

I’ve been a fan of this series since the beginning, so I jumped at the chance to read this book!! And I’m so glad I did!! I fell in love the minute I started reading and didn’t put my kindle down until I was done!! This series is so addicting and each one is different and more unique than the last!! I just want to know where I sign up to be a part of the Kings of Korruption, because this girl is ready!! I can’t wait to see what else comes from these characters and series!! I need more!

I really didn't envision Daniel getting his HEA since he was such a pain in the ass to both Laynie and Tease during their story, but I was pleasantly surprised that he was actually kind of cool. He may still have a bug up his ass about the MC but at least he's coming around in regards to his sisters relationship. He just happens to be a very over protective brother who loves wholeheartedly, plus he's a cop so there's that too.

Now he has Gabby, who at times is super cool as she takes shit from no one but at the same time is super annoying with her stubborn attitude and impulsive behavior that could have gotten her killed. They make a cute couple, though I find it hilarious that no matter how hard Daniel tries to dislike and distance himself from the MC he will always be connected to them, first through his sister and now through Gabby and Derrick!

Part of the Riding Dirty Analogy i searched this story out first,I just finished reading Jase so wanted to read more of the story. Daniel was one of my favorite characters from Tease and I was hoping to get to read more about him. I liked the interactions between Gabby and Daniel ,made me laugh at one point and that's a good sign of a great book to me. Wasn't much of the bikers in this one but you know I didn't notice to much as I was focused on a handsome cop but still a must read in my eyes .

Loved this story in the Kings of Korruption Ceries.
Daniel is one of the good guys, and happens upon a free spirited Gabby who is looking for her missing brother.
Gabby will do anything to find her baby brother, including contact the police andf the father she hasn't seen since she was 6 years old.
Loved the characters and the story lines that gives us a glimps of some of the Kings.

This may have been short, but we get a full story. We get romance, sexy time and action!

Gabby is desperate to find her missing brother. So desperate in fact, that she jumps into decisions without thinking them through. Gabby has a connection to the Kings that I did not see coming. We've met Daniel previously - he's Laynie's brother. He's a great cop that meets Gabby at a time when she really needs some help. This is an insta love/lust story, but I loved it.

Another KoK hit!!

Loved Daniel and Gabby! I was wondering if we would see Daniel again after meeting him in Tease! The only downside to the book was that it left me wanting more!! I have been impatiently waiting for the next KoK book and Geri was nice enough to give us this novella!! Now I can't wait for the next one!! Type faster Geri!!

Gabby goes to the police station to report her brother Derrick as having been missing for 2 days. Constable Johnston gives her a hard time. She walks out on him and runs into Sgt Daniel Lawson. She finally tells him why she is leaving the station and why she was there to start with. He takes her back in the room and treats her with respect and takes her information down. Daniel tells her he will inform the chief about Johnston's behavior to her.

That night Daniel decides to go out to the club where the Crips hang out. (Daniel had been hanging with them.) Cleans up and heads out. While his eyes are checking out the people in the club he sees Gabby all made up in a red dress talking to a Crip. By the time Daniel gets to her the Crip is hitting on her and he can tell she is trying to get away from him without getting on his bad side. Daniel claims she is his woman and the Crip finally leaves. Next Gabby is passing out. Knowing she's been roofied, Daniel gets her out of the club and takes her back to his house so he can watch out for her.

Next morning she is mad that he brought her home. He tries to explain what had happened to her there. She understands the roofied part but still mad that he thinks she can't help find her brother.

During their argument there's a knock on the door. Travis is there with the present he and Laynie brought back from Daniel and Laynie's parents. Gabby sees Bosco sitting on his bike at the curb. She goes out to him talking and wildly waving her hands. She jumps on his bike, he takes off and she flips Daniel the bird. He asks Travis what's up and he has no idea but says if he finds anything out he'll let him know.

Now Daniel is really pissed because he has been researching the Kings and isn't happy with them, is really upset that his sister dates a King and now Gabby has left with one. When Bosco gets her to the clubhouse he takes her down a long hall and into the Pres's office. When Bosco goes out the door Gabby's first words to Gunnar are "Hi Daddy."

I hated this book. I don't know why it was even written under the Kings of Korruption series. (The connections are Gabby is Gunner's daughter who he really doesn't even know and Daniel is Laynie's (Tease) brother .) I guess the author had an idea and couldn't figure out a new series? The story was just to unbelievable and a really stupid storyline. Daniel sounds like a douche. He investigates and goes into serious situations without a partner. He's fooling around with Gabby, who he is suppose to be working on finding her brother. I mean the story prides itself on that Daniel is a straight and narrow kind of cop. I really disappointment to this series. I wish I never bought this book.

First of this book needs to be read after Tease....I kinda messed up but that ok it was still a quick read with a good story.

Daniel is a police officer and brother to Laiyne that dates Tease. Needless to say her brother isn't a fan of Tease or the MC. Gabby comes into file a missing police report on her brother Daniel. After getting the run around Daniel agrees to help her and files the report.

Not wanting to give up too much though. I will say what will Daniel do when he finds out more about Gabby???

A great quick, hot read

This was a quick hot read where we see Daniel (Laynie's brother) get tied up in knots by a woman he is trying to help. We also find out a bit of a secret about Gunner!!
I love Gabby, although she is quite impulsive and I found myself shouting at my kindle at her actions!! She is feisty, sassy and will protect whats her's. We also get to see little more of Tease and Laynie.

I read this one out of order so I forgot Gabby's connection to the MC. Although with the trouble she was having I diidn't understand why she didn't turn to them when she was looking for her brother. I loved Gabby and her gumption. She didn't hesitate to put herself in situations that could have turned bad but luckily Daniel was there to help her. Not much was really said about Daniel. You know he is a cop and Laynies brother but thats just about it.

A pretty good short story. We met Laynie in Tease's book and met her brother, Daniel how is a cop. She is now with Tease and Daniel hated it.... now he understands. He met Gabby when she came to the police station to file a missing persons report....the first officer she dealt with didn't want to help and said bad stuff to her.... Daniel stopped her before she left and took the report and took it seriously.

This was a wonderful little short story. Usually I feel like I want more from the couple in this short story but this one was perfect. This story was about Laynie's cop brother, Daniel and Gabby, a woman in search of her lost brother. I wasn't sure how this book was going to be connected to the Kings, besides Daniel being Laynie's brother, but the actual way was quite surprising.

Daniel and Gabby!

Daniel is a police officer who intercepts Gabby leaving the police station after trying to report her younger brother missing. Daniel gets involved with helping Gabby, but he also can't help himself from getting involved with her! Great short novella:) I read this after Jase, but doesn't matter either way as you don't miss to much other than her reconciliation with Gunner.

like her and Gunner's relationship if I remember right he dies in Jesse's book.
Derrick's and Gunner's relationship.
Laynie's and Gabie's relationship - I don't even remember Gabie's name mentioned in the next books.

Short and to the point. It was nice to see Daniel meet someone and that someone be the daughter of the last person he would've expected. I also really liked seeing Daniel finally accepting Tease/Travis and Lainey's relationship. Can't wait to see what happens next with this series.

Short but good!!!! Daniel got my interest in the previous book so I was hoping we'd hear more about him. Gabby was also a very interesting character - from her look to her sassy personality. Hope to hear more about - we should since she's connected to the MC.
