Yay! Book 2
It is getting good!
Book 2 gives us a peek at Elle's past and why she is hesitant to get involved with Leo.
The two both have deep issues but their chemistry keeps pulling them together. I am very interested in what Prince Andrew's story is.
Leo is falling for Elle and is finally starting to care for someone other than himself.
Things are definitely heating up! Can't wait for book 3!

Awwwwwww sooooo much awesomeness from this book. Ekkkkkkkk I was waiting for this for what seemed like forever. I absolutely love how bad that Leo is into Elle and how much it confuses the Shizzz out of him. He has actually fallen head over heals for her, but he does not know it yet. Once it hits him I have a feeling his life is going to change in a major way. Elle has also come around and finally decided to let Leo into her life in a very big way. They are both trying to fight this losing battle with each over who is gonna do the right thing first, I think it will only lead to disaster.
This has turned out to be a very complicated story of lust and desire turned into uncontrollable love. I loved this book and of course these girls had to leave us with a cliffy to keep us coming back for more :) I am very much looking forward to the next book and to find out what is going to happen next.

The Leo & Elle story continues. Elle’s job at the clinic ends & she leaves South Africa to return home to California. When she arrives, she finds Leo at her house. They finally make love, numerous times. Leo realizes this isn’t going to end well for her. Either his brother, Andrew, will go through with his threat & ruin her career or the media will. Elle also realizes the media will dig into her past & uncover her secrets. They talk & he says he’s going to leave today.

Of course, I realized this was likely to end as another cliffhanger, but I didn't see this coming. Elle and Leo have finally given in to their attraction. I guess it's really Elle who has finally given in because Leo was ready the moment they meet. But now he feels something more for her and the two of them are just realizing how untenable their situation is. As he admits on the final page, this isn't going to end well. (All books are reviewed as part of the six-book collection.)

Same thing goes for this one as I already mentioned in my review for the first book. This time, the characters were even more going from one thing to another, constantly changed their minds and stuff... But I did like the plot and I enjoyed the book as a whole.

Wow! This book is an absolute gem! Prince Leo is so freaking SEXY! And funny! And adorable in the hottest way!! This book was HOT, HOT! One-click and you are in book-orgasm with Leo’s sexy talk. Despite some past romance trauma, Elle finds herself quite attracted to Leo and the feeling is mutual with some sizzling chemistry but Leo mucks things up which causes some turbulent scenes. And some exhilarating excitement adds spice to the story when Elle’s replacement arrives early and catches her laying on the gurney with Leo. Elle leaves the children’s clinic at Rio de Campo, SA, and returns home and finds Leo waiting for her. There's lots of sex in here though, so be warned. I don't feel they're gratuitous though; the sex scenes are so hot they almost burned through my iPad. Are Leo and Elle meant to be together forever, and can they survive the bombshell Leo is keeping from Elle? Will Prince Leo live up to his reputation and leave after he spends the night with Elle? There are some twists and turns within the story that makes it interesting. The collaboration between Ember Casey and Renna Peak is amazing, and this story is well written. Oooh this is getting interesting, I was unable to put this down. If my kids weren't so hungry and asking for dinner this would have been finished hours ago.
You get a little taste of Dr Elles background which gives you an understanding to why she is reluctant to enter into anything with Leo, however there is more to her story as she is keeping the worst of it hidden. Leo is determined to have her but now he is struggling as he doesn't understand what being around the good Dr is doing to him. He is a love them and leave them kinda a guy, nothing more.
Dr Elle's position at the clinic comes to a prompt end and there are no pleasantries between her and the new Dr. Elle is more determined than ever to get back home to America and forget Leo but before all that he comes to her rescue which leads to an unexpected visitor who clearly makes his dislike known.
After a long and tiring journey home Elle is confronted with as very unexpected surprise. To her This surprise can only end badly.
This journey that both Leo and Elle are on is going to cause heartbreak, happiness and possibly more heartbreak, for me I am routing for them. Looking forward to see how things play out.

Once again these ladies have made me crazy for Leo and Elle. I couldn't put this book down. The way their relationship takes off, and how they struggle to fight their feelings instead of just letting it happen. Elle is such an amazing person. She's really trying to better herself, and not go back to whom she was a year ago, but she's struggling with her emotions for Leo. Trying to grow, and not get burned in the process. Leo is something else. He's a love them and leave hem hind of guy, but Elle has gotten into his bloodstream and he can't escape her. In this installment you are going to see them get closer, and some of the their back stories is going to be reviled. But my mouth is shut on that one. You are going to have to read it for yourself. This series is just getting started, and I'm so ready to take this journey with them. I'm excited that we will be getting Andrews story too, cause I have a feeling his is going to be a doozy. Ember and Renna you ladies are amazing!! I can't wait to see what happens with these characters. Now I'm seriously needing Book 3 like as soon as your little fingers can type them!!!

I liked how Leopold defended Elle, very gentlemanly.
The new Dr, Dr Marshall, came over as a dreadful, manipulative man. I hope he gets his comeuppance.
It was all going on, keeping the readers interest totally! We meet Leo’s brother, Andrew – ooh! I’m sure there is more to come from him!
When Elle came home, and finds Leo at her house, you can feel the passion and tension building and when they both succumb to their feelings, fireworks light their lives.
They are both hiding secrets still, and things appear they might get a lot worse before they get better.
Problem with these short instalments, the cliff hangers – make you want to stamp your feet! Having said that I can’t wait to get into Pt.3

This is book #2 in the Leo series, it does pick up where we ended book #1.
Leo & the new Dr. have words, and get into a fight. Elle ran away up to the hotel, in a monsoon! She gets stuck in the mud and Leo rescues her! Sopping wet they make it to the hotel.
Elle runs away from Leo again! This is the 2nd time she run away from him!
Leo's brother Prince Andrew arrives. They have words. We still don't know what is going on with those two.
Leo finds out where Elle is going and goes to meet her. He's a bit stalkerish, but they do finally kiss!!!! Eeeekkk!!!! :-)

The heart tug of war going on between Elle and Leo, is almost painful to watch. The heart wants what it wants and reality wants to squash the heart.
This story can not unfold quickly enough! I'm dying in hopes for their happily ever after! Such a great read! 5 stars for Ember Casey and Renna Peak!!

What a great second installment! In this one, we learn more about Elle and her past and why she is scared to get involved with Leo. We also see the side of Leo that no one has ever seen. He is discovering he cares about someone else. He cares for Elle and doesn't want to see her hurt. Of course there is another cliff hanger since this is only book 2, but I can't wait to see what the future has in store for Leo and Elle! Loving this series!

This couple will keep you on the edge of your seat will they work it out or will the past be too much. She runs he chases after her, a real life Cinderella story because after all he is a prince. Leo and Elle have chemistry but is that enough.

story takes up exactly where it leaves off in book 1. leopold & elle start letting the barriers down. she gets to see the man behind the playboy image & he learns why she mistrusts men so much . unfortunately big brother arrives & puts a stop to the fledgling romance .these are enjoyable books but feel slightly ripped off thats it a bit of a story , still pre ordered other books but only because ive got a need to know personality . would rather of had 1 full book

Leo is waiting for her at her house when she returns .. Both Elle and Leo have some thing that they are hiding !!! Can't wait to find out what they are hiding. They what each other so bad in tell Elle figures out that he is hiding out form some one ... Now he must leave ... what a great read !!!! I can not wait for the next part !!!!!

I loved book 1 and loved this one even more. I found myself willing them to sort it out and getting frustrated with them, I so wanted to give them both a smack and say SORT IT lol. Expected the ending and can't wait for book 3 to continue the journey
