Excellent Read

I can now move on with understanding! Knowledge is power!!! This book is invaluable.
If you feel a nagging ince sant "soul connect" with a person you once thought was " the one " who keeps popping in and out of your life saying wonderful things then disappearing this book is a must read.
Pretty sure its a must read for anyone who has a narc in their life, the above is simply my situation.
And sadly I thought his hoovering was his love tortured soul unable to get me out of his mind &heart.
Be honest and deliberate with yourselves and the people you allow in your lives.
Huge thanks to you HG Tudor.

A start to understanding

I realized within the first 20 pgs that this HG Tudor book is primarily directed at couples. Addressing the narcissist of other relationships is in his other works perhaps. I wanted to give this the full. Five Stars but the editing was poor (typos, grammar issues, etc.) and ergo distracted this reader. I will try. another by this same author because the advice is pithy and first person POV is very effective.

If you had an encounter with narcissist and they spoiled and damaged your soul this book really helps. The book describe narcissistic mindset and the logic of his actions. By understanding the logics, you realise that your assumptions about the incidents and overall relationship had no relevance because narcissist controls the show, and by getting to know his thinking your own beliefs fall away. You tend to see the whole relationship as a false dream. And to keep that in your heart hurts. So you let go of your thinking. Hence you exorcise him from your soul. It has helped me heal. Thanks to H G.

Excellent book for those left bedazzled in the aftermath of a relationship leading to introspection as to the where’s and why’s It went wrong. Where you find yourself in the midst of a narrative that you were to blame. Even though from your perspective you were the best version of yourself. This book could empower you. However, if you’re a narcissist, the aforementioned has probably gone over your head.

Chilling

I appreciate the author’s frankness and found much of it helpful. I would have liked to hear more about the devaluation phase and “why” the narcissist does what they do. To me the devaluation phase was the more permanent damage caused by the abuse, not the discard itself. The narc voices you hear in your head ruminating over and over that you are worthless is the most horrific part of it all. It’s worth readying is you were abused.

This book was simply phenomenal. The author writes in a style as if he is in cahoots with your personal narcissist. You’ll most likely leave this book in shock. An empath will never operate like a narcissist, therefore hearing the viewpoint of a narcissist is essential for empaths. This work is somewhat aimed at couples; however, the gist can readily be applied to any narcissist that enters your life in adulthood.

A great read for anyone who has been involved with a narcissist, sociopath, or psychopath or any other toxic person. The author is a narcissist himself. He tells you the exact techniques that these disturbed individuals use against you. These toxic people go to great lengths to keep you caught up in their spell. So glad I found this book. I will never be abused again!!!

How a Narcissist Gets in Your Head and How to Get Them Out

More typos than should ever be allowed but the explanations of how a narcissist gets into your head and how to get them out is spot on. The exorcism part is smart and perversely amusing.
