This was the PERFECT smutty debut novel!!!
Grayson and Skye were truly made for each other, and they both recognized it immediately. Their chemistry was off the charts, and Gray was as OTT obsessed Alpha as he was sweet and caring! And both being virgin was the cherry on top!
I can't wait to read more from the author: bring on the safe smut-fest!!!! <3 <3 <3

So this is the first book by Ms Hendricks who is a pen name for one of my already favourite authors, so of course I was stoked about this!


For the most part I loved this story. It had an alpha male, insta-love, and 2, yes 2 virgins!


My only issue is that the h was treated pretty poorly by the H in the beginning and she forgave him instantly. I think he needed to apologize a bit more but his tongue down her throat seemed to do the trick for her, so whatever.

Grayson and Skye meet under less than stellar circumstances. Grayson, being groomed from a young age to take over his father's company, hasn't had time for friends or a social life. One last controlling gesture from his father brings him Skye.

Skye is young and virtually alone. She has some hefty responsibilities which is what brought her into Grayson's world in the first place.

Together, they have to stear through their new reality and sort out the feelings that are stirring between them. One thing for sure this book has sex, sex and then some more sex.

Grayson is an OTT alpha man!

It's a great debut book by Elizabeth Hendricks who's a pen name for one of my favorite authors. It's a short hot novella and completely safe. I hope there will be more books to come.

The story was about Grayson, 25 and Skye, 18.

Grayson's father passed away. They hardly agreed on anything but his father did his best to be a good single father to him and he loved him.

The first time he saw Skye was at his father's funeral and they were shocked when his father's will was read to them. A contract about marriage and baby. He was mean to her and judged her without knowing the truth first but he can't stop himself from falling in love with her.

Skye's a great woman who only wanted to give what's best for her younger brother and although Grayson was mean to her at first, he's still a good man and she deserves to have a man who'll take care of her and love her like Grayson.

There's a nice epilogue and because I enjoyed it, I wanted more. So I can't wait for more of Elizabeth Hendrick's books to come.

3.5 smutty goodness stars. This is the author's debut novella and I see great potential there. It's a super quick read. Skye has loved Grayson from afar for a year. Gray's dad stipulates in his will that they have to marry and have a baby within a year. As soon as Grayson sees her he's in love. He has that alpha growly "mine" thing down. Lots of sex in this book though there was a storyline as well. I will definitely read this author's future books.

Ok, I love a good, smutty short. I love them because they cut down on angst and other relationship drama. This for me fell short. I wanted to really know her about her injuries. We get a lay out of the brothers but none about hers. I also for some reason just didn't connect to the couple. I read but didn't truly care about them. I also hate the whole dad controlling aspect. So this was a 2 for me.

Short and sweet alpha Virgin smut. The best kind there is.
This book was awesome and with just enough story to keep it interesting.
The hero is amazing, the heroine is giving, and their love was instant.
I will not give it all away but I will keep this book.
Loved everything about it.
Great fast read.

I'm not a huge fan of virgin hero's just being sex gods. A man needs some experience. BUT I get what Ms Hendricks was doing, she was keeping the H and h pure for each other and I can respect that. I found oddly it worked for Skye and Gray... I loved that his meddling father set things up so that Gray didn't turn out like him and had to realize there was more to life than work.

It was a quick good read.
My only issue was how he went one second from thinking of her as a whore/father's mistress(whom he believed was in love with his mom even after her death) to suddenly turning a new leaf and "MINE" once she mentioned she was his wife.
The rating I give is because it was safe with a double V and a sweet epilogue.

Elizabeth Hendricks is the nom de plume of C.M. Steele so I knew I would love this book. Grayson Walker had a strained relationship with his Father but he did love him. So when he dies Grayson is upset and he goes to the reading of the will not expecting any surprises. When he sees a beautiful woman there named Skye Reynolds he is confused. Skye worked for Grayson's Father as a cook as even though she's never met Grayson she's had a crush on him. After her parents were killed in a car accident that left her younger brother severely injured and needing full time care Grayson's Father paid for all that care and his expenses. They are both shocked when the will states that they have to marry each other and produce an heir within a year.

What a Great debut for this author. I Love a good Instalove book with a super alpha H, and a sassy h. Grayson's father knew that he couldn't let his son go through life without his one to love always. When Skye came into his life he knew that she would be perfect for Grayson. Before it was too late he made a plan that would bring these two together. There was so much chemistry between Grayson and Skye after their initial meeting, my kindle was sweating. Can't wait to see what's next from Ms Hendricks!!

I am a big fan of OTT alpha males and quick smutty reads. However I didn't like this book. For the most part I just felt confused and lost. Random things happened and the scenes weren't connected to each other. More so it was extremely hard to decipher what the author meant and what the characters were feeling. Overall it was just extremely sporadic and not to my liking.

Grayson's father dies and at the will reading he discovers his father married him off the the young cook. If he wants to keep the company he'll have to stay married and produce an heir. Didn't feel much connection between Grayson and his Skye. Very insta-love. One minute they hated each other and next sex happens with no idea of how it got there. Writing needed fleshing out. Important revelations were brushed on and easily accepted without explanation.
