Life on the farm was still incredibly boring. Her home planet is still recovering from the recent revolution. They have been attacked from space and thousands are dead. A new and effective Military is what they need. To be the best officer she can be she needs to go to the Academy first. Will the Cabal give her planet time to learn to combat them? Or will a new threat from Old Earth come into play?

Gardening and cooking is my passion. My wife and I live outside of St Louis, Missouri. I have always been a Huge fan of Science Fiction and fantasy I bring my love of the genre to my writing. A slightly confused start, partly because the author wanted to tie the story to Athena Lee and because the very brief background given to Tisiphone didn’t quite make sense. She is a former Navy Ensign with combat experience, but starts the book in a ‘boot camp’.
This was pretty much a standard ‘academy’ experience, with the addition of CATTs. Overall it was an OK story and I would have happily given at least 3 stars, however!
Having finished the book I now find the author seems to have abandoned ‘Tis and Lina’. There are several more books in the Athena Lee Universe, but none of them seem to carry on this story.

Great story
Great continuation of the series using another set of eyes. I enjoy the extra story. Great interaction between characters. I look forward to the next Lee universe book.

Good story!
A good first book as an offshoot of A.L.s universe will definitely read more, though I have to say Wilson's my favorite, followed by Athena Lee, Lol:)

A Fresh Team
Tisiphone, Lina, and Artemis the CATT. Two girls and a robot AI cat. The girls get in trouble rooting out Cabal agents and Artemis bails them out. They may be cadets, but they are competent and compelling characters. They are an interesting addition to the Athena Lee universe. I'm looking forward to the next book.

Great start on a new series
Love the Athena universe and am looking forward to reading more with these two new characters. Got to love having a CATT around, even if they think they own you!

CARTs are in
No I can spell cats but read the book to find out more. Good read but short. I appears that all the authors I read must get paid by the book as opposed to by the word. Either way this book is a good way to spend time.

Spinoff! Very nice little romp. The catts are out in full force. Fun read.
Fun little romp. Spinoff characters and the carts with high tscn farm equipment. It could have been better but this author simp!y does not do the nice touches that make better. Took. There was no discription of religious services, farming, fkoods
