Delightful book. I read it in an evening with my mother who introduced me to The Muny fifty years ago. The Muny is no doubt responsible for my career as a theater reviewer... and my love of musical theater. Great pictures of stars from the past including a wonderful pic of Cary Grant when he was still Archibald Leach. Wonderful composition in the artsty photos from Post-Dispatch photogs. And interesting copy about the largest outdoor theater in the country and its intriguing history in Forest Park. It was fun to recall numerous nights at this wonderful theater.
