I saw it at the bookstore the other while browsing and all the tests in this one grabbed my attention. I am half way through and while I am gaining some new insights into my talents and strong weaknesses, I also realized that this book is pretty outdated. E.g. for one personality type, there were 5 recommended jobs, milkman and lighthouse keeper being two of them. After reading that I checked the year of original publication, and yup...1981 it is...

Sure the book is a little outdated (last revised in 1990), but it still gives valuable input regarding your abilities, personality, and motivations. The tests are fun to take and guide you to potential career options. Had the book been updated more recently, there would surely be a change in the careers listed, but you still get an idea of what types of careers would be ideal for you.
