I like Olaf and his work/attitude/expertise very much, yet the book did not accomplish to really move or touch me. In my view it is more a brochure that might lead to further reading, experimenting, and interaction with the Temenos community. Trust (Temenos is about trust as I see it) is no doubt a core feature of good teams, good team work, good organizations and a happy life in general. So I am curious what Christine and Olaf will come up with in the future.

I expected more from this book and I would appreciate more structure.
