The purpose of this book is to provide a brief discussion about the history of human science and technology.

This is done by first starting with the most profound discovery ever, namely the discovery of fire. With this discovery came the technology to preserve fire, start fires and use fires for lighting, cooking and warmth.

This book then shows the reader in a story like fashion a link between the discovery of fire to the atomic age. Where the reader is introduced to the technologies of atomic fission and ultimately atomic fusion.

It also covers the invention of thermionic devices to ultimately the invention of the first transistor. I details how such technologies have been used to radically change our lives forever.

This book finally discusses the next series of technologies that are coming rapidly into our lives and how these technologies will usher in a revolutionary new state of affairs for humanity as a whole.

Dr. Marco A.V Bitetto is a multiple award winning legally blind Roboticist, science researcher and science writer. Additionally, he designs, builds and programs robots and other artificially intelligent machines. He has also been an award winning scientific peer reviewer for the World Conference on Complex Systems and has been part of the World Conference on Complex Systems scientific peer reviewer two years in a row. He has is currently a co-advisor on a doctoral committee of at least one foreign doctoral candidate. Besides all of the aforementioned, he has also been awarded multiple certificates of award from the LINKEDIN web-site for being the most viewed profile and also for being the one millionth writer of articles for the PULSE web-site and also the most followed person on the PULSE web-site. He earned his Doctoral Degree in Robotics from the Union Institute in 1994. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the State University of New York in 1991. He has done research on robotics based machine vision and also robots that are capable of learning by example. He has also written in professional journals and for laymen based science journals. Furthermore, He has delivered I.E.E.E. based research papers presentations at I.E.E.E. conferences.

This is a historic account of the history of human technology that is told in a story-like fashion. It is a definite must read for anyone that is interested in finding out where we came from and where we are going.
