Embedding Personal Professional Development (PPD) in order to enhance student experience and employability within HE Business

Rate this book
The piece will start by identifying the need for personal development at both an Institution and Political level. It will be considered development and how it can be made central to knowledge based modules adding a practical element within an academic setting this is especially appropriate for Management Students. Personal Professional development will also be considered from a Quality and Standards viewpoint looking to link to providing a selling point for the programme.
Sequencing issues will also be discussed and evaluated as this is in part governed by the learning outcomes of each module; which must correspond to the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications (FHEQ) standards and taxonomy for level appropriateness. However the sequencing should also be considered in terms of which development angle or perspective should precede or follow another.
