This first issue is a wonderful sampler of Lilith Dark, an all-ages comic about a little girl who likes to dress up and play warrior against all the beasties. Sometimes her older gamer brother helps out. She dresses in various headgear which makes her look like Darth Vader and wields a sword though I swear she had a light sabre at one point. There are several little vignettes which are unrelated and yet go together well. The action switches from Lilith's imagination to real life where we get to see what her props have been and then she usually ends up in trouble. This book ends on a cliffhanger and you'll have to get the graphic novel to read the rest. Awesome wicked black and white art!

I enjoyed the the art, but didn't get hooked by the story. I understand this is intended as an introduction, but I don't have any desire to continue.
