I have no idea what I just read. It had no point. It was like listening to a child retell a dream, or some one really coked out retell, well anything . It started in the middle of a story played out slowly then BANG lighting round and it finished in what should have been chapter three of any other book. My advice for the author: spend more time developing your story and explore the world you created, then guide the reader through it so we can build on what you have already written and create our own imagery of this fantasy world. All you did was rush through a storyline that in and of itself had great potential. In fact this book would have made a good query to send to publishers. You could have possibly gotten an advance to write a good teen romance and taken the time to do it justice. Instead you published it as is. You cheated yourself and the reader. Please finish the book. You have the talent, now take the time, and make it count. Your story is worth it. Your characters are worth it. Your readers deserve it. Please contact me if you do and I will happily beta read for you.
Would love to read more . An unbelievable storyline, pure imagination. I like the idea of what the story is about. Maybe a short novella about guardians and their backstory for an intro before or a 1.5 novel after this novel. Could lend a continuity to the whole series.
This book wasn't all that great and the extra books weren't that great either. The other saving grace to this was Vampire's Love at the end. So, between the two books is two stars = 1 each.
Each of these stories were amazing. I read each one at length and was interested at all times. Each of these paranormal stories were totally different but each one memorable. I really enjoyed this book
