I have been reading Lily Zante for quite a while. Her writing style is such that you are drawn into the situation and live through the characters. This collection contains 4 books, each a first in a series. With the exception of the first book in this collection, the Gift, each book is stand alone.
The first book is a collection of 3 segments in the Billionaire's Love story. This story is one continuous story about Tobias and Savannah and her son Jacob. This series is made up of a total of 9 books, 3 as part of The Gift (included in this collection), 3 titles as part of The Offer segment, books 1 - 3 and 3 titles as part of The Vow segment, books 1 - 3. The Offer and The Vow are sold as boxed sets and are free with Kindle unlimited. This is a story well worth reading.
The next 3 books in this collection are first books is different series but each of these books can be read as a stand alone book or you can continue on with the series to learn more about the minor characters in the books as well as get further glimpses into the lives introduced in these first books.
‘The Proposal’ is a delightful story about a hard working marketing executive who needs to hire an escort for a big company event because romance and relationships have no place in the “plan”. This is an enjoyable story about finding out what is important in life and going after it.
In ‘Misplaced Love’ we meet Zoe and Tyler. Zoe has broken up with her boyfriend and came home from their South American adventure to get her life back on track. When she returns home, she finds the bedroom she had shared with Billy is now being used by Tyler. This is a story of opposites attract but also deals with unwanted obsession. Lily has a well written story and interesting characters that I hope to see in future books.
In ‘It Takes Two’, Rona is a bored mother and wife who back home reliving a flirtation she had in Italy during the summer. When her sister calls her and asks her to come back to Italy to help her plan her wedding, Rona jumps at the chance to rekindle her flirtation with the handsome Italian ….. Rona learns some important lessons about herself, her live and love.
