I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

In this book we meet Alison, Carson, and Joey. In this book we start out finding out Alison was off at college and being an adult when for one night she decided to just cut loose. The issue with that was the one night she was with this guy she met at a bar resulted in her getting pregnaunt. She looks and looks for the guy but realizes very quickly she is going to be a single mom. There are moments before and after she has her son that she is worried she can't do this but she realizes really quickly this is about more than her and she needs to buck up for him. What happens though when she finally starts moving on and the father shows back up?

Carson is a football player and isn't looking to settle down. So when he hooks up with a girl out in the parking lot of a bar he doesn't think that it is anything out of the ordinary. Sure he thinks about her from time to time. But when they didn't exchange any information including numbers he has no way to contact her so she is just that one fun night he had. That is until he sees her at his brother's place. What happens when he not only learns he is a father but the mother is seeing his brother. Will he loose everything or get more than he ever knew he wanted?

Joey has always been in his big brother's shadow. This has cause problems with his self esteem and also his love life. So when he meets this beautiful woman he knows that she is holding something back from him but he is trying not to let his insecurities ruin what could be his one true love. What happens though when he finds out her secret. Will he give up because he doesn't believe that she will choose him over his brother or will he fight for the one woman he loves?

This story has many ups and downs to it. I like how it shows even mom's need to take a step back to not only be strong for their family but to make sure they are making the right decision. This book has a strong female lead character that will have you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. There are many twists and turns I want to tell you about but don't want to ruin it for other readers. This book is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone with no problems.

*Clapping* EEEP!! Allie gets her book! Allie gets her book! *Wicked Grin* Wes is back with me…Hello Angie is his Angel annnd Angie is Me ya know. Hence Wes is MINE!! Tell them Heather!! Tell them!!!*Fluffs hair*
Ok moving back to Allie. We met her and loved her for being Angie’s crazy scheming best friend in the series. When Angie and Wes are trying to make a go of it, we reconnect and find out our partner in crime is now a mommy. GASP!! Wild girl is now a mommy?? Say it ain’t so.
So this book we find out about who and what happened regarding Allie’s baby daddy. We see Allie trying to navigate life and date but dealing with guys who don’t want her whole package. Allie is sad but when she meets Joey she is kind of a smitten kitten. He is too. I mean she did come on pretty strong to get Wes’ contact information when he was hiding from me….er …Angel.
Joey and Allie are happy and really getting to know each other but Allie is scared to tell him about baby Caleb AKA the rest of her whole package. When she finally works up the nerve to spill the beans about her big, deep secret…….GUESS WHO SHOWS UP!!! You got it…Baby Daddy. The word Monkey Wrench fits perfect. Also a word to use is Cluster Muck *wink* because …uhm…well…..yeah you just gotta read it. You will flip your lid.
Well Baby Daddy and hottie boy toy Joey both want Allie but she is so confused…(FYI When Allie goes into hiding from the guys and Angel steals Wes’ phone I may have peed my pants laughing a little bit) ….does she go with baby daddy because then they can be a family or does she go with the man who wants her for her and welcomes Caleb too.
Stress, Agony and lots of hot Weston scenes made the book a great read!!!

Broken Pieces by Heather D'Agostino is the fourth book in her Broken series. This is Ally's book. We met ally in the last book, My Broken Angel, she is Angela's best friend (Angela is Cole's younger sister).

I am NOT a fan of love triangles but enjoy Heather's work so much that I thought "Why Not!"...
Why not indeed. Because they are heart wrenching, indecisive and emotionally exhausting. That is why not, and you always feel bad for someone. HOWEVER, it was well written and tastefully done and Ally is such a powerhouse of a woman that you really can't fault her choice.

Who's she choose you ask? Um, no - I'm not telling. You too must emotionally wrung out if you want to find out who she picked. Enjoy!

After searching for someone and never finding them until the day you do can create a whole lot of emotions to arise, but having the ability to write them for your reader to feel all of them is incredibly done with this story.

So many emotions merging together keeps you reading the next page with this story. Beautifully written with a touch of realism. Keeping up with all the different feelings, personalities and then being able to write them and bring the reader into their world is amazing.

I received a copy of this book for an honest review.

I absolutely loved this book I was torn going back and forth for a while but once I realized who I was rooting for my heart was all in. This is Ally’s story she is Angels BFF and a ball of fire.

Ally has a one night stand no names no strings attached but when she walks away she is left with more than she arrived with. After trying to find the unknown guy she moves on and starts to live her life. When she finds a great guy her mystery guy comes back and now she has to decide who she is going to choose. Will she stay with her new guy or go back to her mystery man?

Like I said I was back and forth with this one I wanted her to give Carson a change but I loved Joey. The thing Joey does made me love him and my heart broke from him. OH my gosh I forgot how much I loved Wes (SHHH don’t tell my BFF cause Wes is hers or that’s what she will tell you anyway). His talk was amazing oh and the pay back that Angel gets to pay on Wes had me rolling that was a great phone scene just saying. This story was such an emotional ride I was laughing at times, had some tears, and my heart was breaking at other times. I had no idea what Ally was going to do or who she was going to choose and my heart was so happy for one of them and broke for the other. The Epilogue was epic and things were as they should be at the end in my opinion. Way to keep me hanging on and turning the pages Heather D’Agostino.

This is the second book in this series that I've read by H. D'Agostino and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed this touching story. Ms. D'Agostino has given us such a beautiful ,heartbreaking ,heartwarming story , that just draws us in and keeps us there from start to finish, and then will leave us wanting much more from this author. Ally's character is strong ,sassy, and she's very determined to be the best single mother that she totally can be. This is kind of a love triangle , but from a very earlier on you figure out who the father really is . It meant be great to have two handsome men fighting over you, but I didn't envy Ally in any way. This story will totally have you laughing and crying in just the right places. I really liked how this author kept us in the air with some of the characters from earlier books ,but that was okay because they don't distract us from Ally story at all. I could tell you if Ally got her HEA and with who, but that would spoil everything for you. You will be totally surprise who Ally picks. Joey is the sexy boy next door, who totally made me want to slap him upside the head at times ,but not much late I found myself cheering for him. But then there's Carsen who's the prefect guy who has everything that he ever wanted ,but there's one thing he doesn't have but wants .I could tell you more about this story, but that would spoil it for you. I highly recommend that you read this story, you won't be disappointed.

Well, what can I say…oh yeah please don’t finish this series, I need more.

Broken Pieces is the final book in The Broken Series; this book had me so conflicted. The author took an unimaginable situation and told a story that was both beautiful, heart-breaking and heart-warming if that’s possible.

Ally is such a strong character; she is sassy, confident and determined to be the best single mum she can be. This book is sort of a love triangle, and from very early on you can work out who the daddy is. As much as you think you’d love two gorgeous men fighting over you, I really did not envy Ally at all. This book will have you laughing and sniffling in all the right places. I loved that the author kept you in the loop with the characters we met in the earlier books, but she made sure that they didn’t distract you from Ally’s story.

Ally does get a HEA, but with who? Do I think the Ally made the right choice??? Yes I think she did. I also loved the way the epilogue was written, not just 6 months or a year, we actually get to look 18 years into the future, and get a glimpse and what will hopefully be a future story to be told. The only negative I have is that there is one person missing from the epilogue, the man that Ally didn’t chose…and I really want to know what happened to him, did he get a HEA. Fingers crossed there is a novella on the horizon.

This book was a joy to read, and I will certainly be looking at more works from this author.

An interesting twist on a love triangle…

Oh, the drama! Yes, over the top, seen on Maury, kind of delicious drama! Normally, I stay away from baby drama so I wondered how the author was going to grab, and keep, my attention. It didn’t take me long to realize it was by offering a well-written story with characters I quickly began to care about. One night and Alison’s world turned on its ear. There were choices to be made and her actions were going to have far-reaching consequences for herself and her child. Alison was young, and handling a lot, so it was easy to overlook when her actions seemed at odds with her very mature approach to the circumstances she found herself in. As her life became even more complicated, with two different men vying for her affections, she was going to have to make some very tough choices…

The story definitely wasn’t a slam-dunk from the beginning as scene after scene showed both men in a different, sometimes conflicting, light. Alison wrestled with her need to protect her child, to do the right thing for them both, while wrestling with the actions and feelings of the men pursuing her. Definitely a terrible thing, to be the center of so much passion and attention… not!

An intriguing first read of this author and the end of a series that I am looking forward to catching up on.

I really enjoyed this series so far. And Broken pieces left off in a way that says there ill be more. I have to say I will be awaiting the next. This book is Alison's story.
After a little fun me time Ally gets a major wake up call, 6 of them actually. One with lines, one with a plus sign, one with the actual word: PREGNANT. What?! Ally freaks out. Alone (it was a one nighter), in school, and her mom will not be happy.
One year later her life is turned upside down yet again. She has begin dating Joey, a really nice guy that works at the gym that her best friend owns. One night she decides to take the risk with him, and goes to his place for dinner. Ally has also decided tonight is the night shell tell him about Caleb. Suddenly their movie night is interrupted by none other than his brother. and her one nighter! Of all the people in the world to have walked through that door.
My only complaint with this story was it felt a little more repetitive than the others. Both repetitive of previous books, and the back switching POVs. A little less repetition would have, made it perfect..

Him the one night stand, the mystery man he is Joey's brother.
A love triangle that will have you doing a double take and biting your nails as you read this amazing story about love not just the romantic kind either. We the love of friendship, brotherly love and yes Romantic love. Passion and happily ever after is what Ally is looking for the problem is that once she found it fate threw a wrench into it and is forcing her to make a choice between the her two loves one that will have her family complete and one that might destroy one.
Suspense, hope and heat wait for you as you navigate the triangle of Ally's life.

This one is tough to write a review without spoilers. There won't be any spoiler in this review but it may be short and vague.

Alison lets lose one night and has a one night stand. She doesn't get his name or exchange numbers what she does get in a son, Caleb. Later, she meets Joey and they start a relationship. Joey is sexy and sweet. She doesn't tell Joey right away about having a son. She runs into baby daddy in the most unlikely way. When he finds out they have a child together, he wants to make thing work with them. I was super surprised on who baby daddy turned out to be. I didn't feel like I got enough into the relationships to be rooting for one guy over the other. They both seems like pretty decent and nice guys. I really liked the story because it wasn't predictable and even right up to the end I wasn't sure which one she would pick or if they would even want her.

Broken Pieces is by far my favorite H. D'Agostino book.
Ally is a strong female lead with a promising relationship and a secret. I literally felt all of her emotions along with her as she navigated a very tricky situation.
Joey was a swoon worthy "sexy boy next door" who I wanted to smack a time or two, but who I just found myself rooting for.
Carsen is the "perfect guy". The one who has everything he could ever want but not the one thing he really needs.
While this is a love triangle of sorts, it's pretty atypical.
I found myself swallowed by the story as I frantically flipped pages and prayed for a happily ever after.
Emotions are involved, hearts are broken, and clarity comes to light but in the end... A heart shattered into pieces is glued back together with love.
I also really enjoyed the series epilogue and... The introduction of a brewing romance I personally cannot wait to dive into.

One night when she was out on the town she ends up having a one night stand with a man who she didn’t even know his name. Unfortunately she ends up pregnant by this guy. Unable to find him she has no other choice but to get herself together and raise her baby own her own. When she does open herself up to finding love something unexpectedly happens, her baby daddy comes back into her life. Now that he knows he has a son he wants his family. Ally is now caught between two men. Who will she chose? That is Ally’s dilemma, does she pick a family of a mother, a father and a kid or does she choose love. A cute story which ended with an update of everyone from the previous stories. A book about the kids once they were grown would be nice. I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review. I give this book 4 stars.

Ally was best friends Angela Coles younger sister and she always had a crush on Cole until on night she went out and got chatted up by a young handsome man she didn't do one night stands but that night she did. Ally is strong woman and after she finds out she is pregnant she try's to find the one night stand but he has disappeared off the face of the earth so gives up trying and moves in with her mum.
She starts to get a crush on joey who works for wes at the gym they have a couple of dates and she ends up back at his but joey knows she hiding something from him.?
She wants to tell but before she has a chance someone knocks at joeys door she knows that voice but could it really be the mystery man she has been looking for to tell him he's a dad?
She goes down to wear she met this man and tells him he's a dad but she finds out that the actual man is joeys older brother Carson will they make ally chose between them and who will she choose.

WOW, this will most likely be short and sweet because I don't want to give anything away but one thing I can say is that you have to read this book!!! You will love it and be hooked from the very beginning. I DID NOT want to put this book down to get anything done around the house. I HAD to find out how everything was going to play out. Talk about a book that makes you feel like you are on an emotional roller coaster. This is one for sure. You need to buckle your seat belt when you read this because it is going to take you on a wild ride. I had the hardest time picking myself a favorite in this book. I am so glad that I'm not in Ally's position because she is going to be faced with some major choices she has to make. Talk about a freaking love triangle! If you are a fan of love triangles than this is the book for you. H. D'Agostino did such an amazing job writing a book that was so emotionally charged full of heartbreak and some really touching parts.

I was totally surprised by this story and loved how unexpected it was. Ally had a one night stand that left her with more than memories and even though she tried to find the one night stand who was now a father, she couldn't and gave up. Having a child is a deal breaker to a lot of the losers she has dated, but when she finally finds someone she thinks may be more than just a first date, things get more than a little complicated. Reading about what Ally goes through in order to make sure she is thinking of her child's happiness, as well as, her own is well written and you can feel the emotions she is working through. Loved the characters and was pleasantly surprised by the ending!

I have loved all of the other broken series books and couldn't wait to start this one. I was not disappointed one bit, this author has a fab way of bringing together fantastic characters and an amazing story to give you a page turning book. the characters have real emptions that just jump off the page and suck you in to the story. you will definitely end up loving the characters. this book has a surprising ending but a fantastic one. I cant wait to read more from this author in the future.

This fourth book in Heather D'Agostino's Broken series is every bit as good as the others.
Ally has a one night stand with an unknown guy which has long lasting consequences. Helping out Angela she meets Joey at the gym. A sizzling attraction begins.
This story explores difficult relationships in a new way. It is a lot more light-hearted than the earlier books in this series and I actually laughed out loud in quite a few places.
This story flows well and is an enjoyable read.

I enjoyed the books that started this series. I loved getting to see characters from the other books.
Alley had a one night stand that resulted in a beautiful baby boy.
Thanks to her BFF she finds a great guy. She keeps putting off telling him about her son. The first time they take their relationship to the next level, it turns out baby daddy is his brother. So now she is left to choose which one she wants to commit to.
While I can relate to Alley's inability to make a decision, this seemed a tad extreme. I did like the beautiful epilogue. I'd probably recommend this series to read.

Loved this story

Ally was awesome! I adored her strength and courage. I especially loved her guts.

Joey met her and dated her. He spent time getting to know the parts of her she'd share but then something happened to blow them apart.

Mystery man, the man she had a one night stand with. The one who left a part of himself behind. The man she measured other men by until she met Joey.

What happens when the mystery man reappears and makes you question everything?

Ally/Carson/Joey

I did not read the synopsis for this book before I read it so I went in totally blind. I figured out the ‘mystery man’ pretty quickly and had high hopes for how things might play out. Sadly, every one of those hopes and possibilities were crushed. I really liked Ally and was excited to read her story, but sadly, I didn’t care for either Carson or Joey. They were both dull and lifeless and neither were a good match for Ally in my opinion.

Lots of missing words and grammatical errors, but that doesn’t affect the rating.
